These findings prompted charges against Lulu Brown, 60, including multiple counts related to the torture and cruelty of animals.

After consultation with prosecutors, a criminal summons was obtained. Brown, 60 years old, was charged with six counts of Torture of a Dog/Cat with Serious Physical Injury or Death, two counts of Cruelty to Animals 2nd Degree, one count of Confinement and Control of Female Dog When in Heat, and two counts of Chaining & Tethering of Dog.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office investigated this incident in conjunction with McCracken County Animal Control.

Feel so sad for the mother and her pups. Poor mommy must be devastated not being able to mend and protect her own babies.
