How cruel to let let a mother care for her puppies. Those poor puppies & mom suffered extremely. Wish someone would hurt her family with her just out of reach of giving them help. Maybe then she would understand the cruelty.

If true punishment was possible this woman would spend the rest of her life in prison. That’s a fair punishment for her deed. We have a legal system but not a system of justice. Cases involving animals is low on the totem poll and usually dismissed. DA’s don’t have the time and the cases aren’t worth any money, thus nothing gets done and no punishment is received. We the people see this and are discouraged with the lack of justice put forth when death or true harm is done maliciously. This is such a case.
