Horses Reportedly Found Starving, With Bones Visibly Protruding: Demand Prosecution

Target: Karen Webb, Commissioner, New South Wales Police Force, New South Wales, Australia

Goal: Pursue prosecution against individual accused of starving eleven horses to the point of extreme emaciation.

A severe animal welfare investigation intensified after New South Wales officers executed a welfare warrant at a rural commercial property following anonymous tips regarding allegedly starving livestock. Inspectors reportedly discovered eleven horses suffering from extreme emaciation and lack of food.

Veterinary experts say they found several animals in critical condition exhibiting visible bone structures and untreated hoof infections. All eleven horses were seized under state welfare laws and transported for emergency rehabilitation and veterinary treatment. A 67-year-old woman was arrested and charged with multiple counts connected to alleged failure to provide proper sustenance and acts of cruelty.

Animal welfare advocates argue that prolonged starvation and untreated infections may cause severe pain, weakness, organ damage, and extended suffering for horses dependent upon human care. The rescued animals continue receiving rehabilitation while the legal proceedings remain active.

If substantiated, these allegations would represent prolonged neglect and severe suffering inflicted upon vulnerable horses. Strong prosecution is necessary to help prevent future reported neglect involving livestock animals.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Commissioner Webb,

Authorities have made allegations involving eleven horses left starving and without proper care on a rural property.

Veterinary experts reportedly documented severe emaciation, visible bone structures, and untreated hoof infections among the rescued animals. If proven, the alleged conduct would represent prolonged neglect and severe suffering inflicted upon vulnerable horses.

We urge your force to support full prosecution and strong protective measures for the rescued animals connected to this alleged neglect case.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
