Goal: Find and severely punish whoever is responsible for covering dogs in hot tar.
Four puppies were found covered in hot tar. The dogs were said to be in critical condition and were taken to a veterinarian for treatment. Images, released through the media, show the poor dogs lying helplessly on the ground as the hot sun beats down on them.
Animal activists believe this is a case of sick animal torture because it is the second time puppies have been found covered in tar. In the first case, the veterinarian said that one of the puppies had tar inside of his nose, mouth, and eyes.
Please add your signature to this petition demanding that the authorities use all resources necessary to find the monster, or monsters, responsible for torturing these puppy dogs and bring them to justice.

You get hot tar at a road construction site so someone maybe in that line of work or knows someone who is giving them hot tar to do this horrific act to the animals. Police need to check all the tar companies in the areas. This is the second petition about tar being found on dogs so this evil person is not going to stop until he/she is caught they are sick and dangerous. Animal abuse is a FELONY. WE ARE NOW IN THE MODERN ERA AND ANIMAL ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!
If my hatred of animal abusers could harm them they would be dead as a doornail. My mental health is affected by these horrible excuses for civilized people doing animals harm. If my thoughts could hurt people I wouldn’t hesitate to hurt these scumbags who do things to hurt animals.

The individual responsible for this is clearly a danger to society – animals and people alike – as only a sociopath could commit such a heinous crime. Please do everything you can to find him / them before this happens again. As there is no cure for sociopaths, this person (persons?) must be locked up away from society for good !!! On a more personal note, it’s a shame we can’t sentence monsters who commit such heinous acts to the Death Penalty, as they have neither remorse nor a conscience.

Every possible effort must be made to find the despicable monster(s) before another innocent little life is subjected to such appalling cruelty. The perpetrator(s) must be prosecuted, jailed for a very long time and served with a lifetime ban from having anything to do with ANY animal. Somebody must know who is guilty of this heinous cruelty. I cannot imagine the suffering that these little innocent lives experienced.
Sick, demented, lower than a snake’s belly, poor excuses for a human being, pieces of excrement. When and if they are caught, instead of getting a slap on the wrist which is normal justice for abusers–no matter how horrific the crime–they should get the same treatment only with boiling tar in a huge vat which there is no escape from so they can feel the innocent puppies pain before the scum die. I would gladly volunteer for the job along with a few others who love animals and are sick of hearing about filth who commit these kinds of horrible acts daily.

I gasped when I saw this photo. Please catch who ever did this. Only a sick monster could do this. This evil person(s) will move on to humans.
