Goal: Find and severely punish whoever is responsible for covering dogs in hot tar.
Four puppies were found covered in hot tar. The dogs were said to be in critical condition and were taken to a veterinarian for treatment. Images, released through the media, show the poor dogs lying helplessly on the ground as the hot sun beats down on them.
Animal activists believe this is a case of sick animal torture because it is the second time puppies have been found covered in tar. In the first case, the veterinarian said that one of the puppies had tar inside of his nose, mouth, and eyes.
Please add your signature to this petition demanding that the authorities use all resources necessary to find the monster, or monsters, responsible for torturing these puppy dogs and bring them to justice.

Four puppies were found covered in hot tar and stuck to the ground. This is the second time this has occurred, so it’s clear that some demented individual is going around and senselessly torturing innocent animals.
The evil acts being committed against innocent animals in your area must stop. We demand that you do everything in your power to find whoever is tormenting these dogs and ensure that they receive the most severe penalty possible.

This is truly an evil act. I pray these monsters are found and the same damn thing is done to them. This is heartbreaking. I hope the poor puppies survive and end up with a loving family!
I agree 100%. These people are sick and pure evil! As tears roll down my face, I pray they find whoever is responsible for doing this to these poor babies. I also thank the person or people that saved them. I pray that they are able to recover quickly and that the monsters that did this recieve the same treatment of not worse! I am ashamed of the human race. These people are sick and disgusting demons!

There are no words for what this person or persons deserves. I am speechless writing this and am so disappointed in human beings. We are supposed to be the smarter species. What kind of sick person would actually think of this kind of torture? It always starts with animals then escalates to children. This is a serial killer in the making!!!! This person needs to be stopped and punished immediately. The only punishment in my mind is t have the same thing done to him/them. These poor puppies. I have always said that animal abusers deserve a death sentence, especially the worst offenders, failing that very heavy fines. They have given up there right to be treated as human beings and they should be destroyed.
