Don’t Allow Pet Sitter Who Allegedly Killed Dog to Work With Animals

Target: Knox County District Attorney Charme P. Allen, Tennessee

Goal: Ensure investigation and prosecution of a pet sitter who allegedly neglected and abused dogs, leading to their deaths, to prevent future animal cruelty.

A woman named Jessica Kippen has been accused by former clients in Canada of neglecting and abusing several dogs, resulting in severe suffering and even death. Despite these serious allegations and an ongoing investigation in Ontario, she has moved to Knoxville, Tennessee, and is offering pet care services. This raises urgent concerns about the safety of animals in her care and the potential for further harm.

Former clients have allegedly described distressing incidents, including dogs returned in poor health, exhibiting signs of severe neglect, and in some cases, dogs dying while under her care. One client reportedly found her dog dehydrated, trembling, and with chewed-up medication bottles missing doses. Another client’s dog was apparently covered in sores and tested positive for infections after staying with her. These accounts highlight a pattern of alleged neglect and mistreatment.

Allowing someone allegedly linked to such serious allegations to continue offering pet care services poses a significant risk to the well-being of animals in the community. It is imperative that authorities thoroughly investigate these claims and take appropriate legal action to prevent further potential abuse. Demand that the Knox County District Attorney’s office investigate and prosecute this individual to protect animals from harm.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Charme P. Allen,

Former clients have allegedly recounted disturbing incidents, including dogs returned in poor condition, suffering from dehydration, infections, and severe anxiety. In some tragic cases, dogs have allegedly died while under her care, with circumstances that suggest possible neglect or mistreatment. These allegations indicate a potential pattern of behavior that poses a risk to animals entrusted to her.

  1. This woman needs tone returned to Canada but they didn’t do such a good job the first time. This woman needs to be placed in a mental institution if needed but she is probably more in need of prison. An automatic life long ban needs too e placed on her soshecuaannever own, work with, or be near animals for the rest of her life. Animal deserve better! This ban must appear on her drivers license and passport. This Baan must be seen by all who would accept her for a work position or a house or anything at all. Just like her date of birth the Baan must be nearly shown. If not this POS woman will continue to harm and force animals to suffer when it needs to be her who suffers.
