Penalize Man Allegedly Caught Raping Tied-Up Stray Dog

Target: Siddaramaiah, Chief Minister of Karnataka, India

Goal: Ensure swift and severe punishment for the accused in the alleged rape of a stray dog and take proactive action against such crimes.

In a deeply disturbing incident, a man in Karnataka’s Ramanagara district in India was reportedly caught raping a tied-up stray dog on Sathanur Road. Members of the public, who witnessed the horrific act, intervened and handed the accused over to the police. Shockingly, no formal complaint has yet been filed, leaving this appalling act at risk of going unaddressed.

This case is not isolated. In Chikkamagaluru, another youth was arrested for apparently attempting to sexually assault a dog, while in Udupi, a man allegedly dragged a dog for over six kilometers, tied to his scooter. These repeated incidents highlight a deeply troubling trend of animal abuse in Karnataka, prompting calls for urgent action to protect defenseless animals and deter future atrocities.

It is crucial that the police take suo motu action against the accused in this case. Crimes of this nature cannot be tolerated, as they reflect not only cruelty toward animals but also a dangerous disregard for ethical boundaries. Strict enforcement of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Indian Penal Code is imperative to send a clear message that such abuse will not go unpunished.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear CM Siddaramaiah,

A horrifying incident in Karnataka’s Ramanagara district has sparked public outrage and demands for immediate action. A man was reportedly caught raping a tied-up stray dog on Sathanur Road, an act so appalling that bystanders intervened to stop him. Despite handing the accused over to the police, no formal complaint has yet been filed, leaving the case in a troubling state of uncertainty.

This alleged disturbing crime is part of an alarming pattern of apparent animal abuse across Karnataka. From attempts to sexually assault stray dogs to brutal acts of cruelty such as dragging them for kilometers, these reported incidents highlight an urgent need for stronger enforcement of animal welfare laws. Such acts of violence cannot be ignored or allowed to persist, as they demonstrate a lack of empathy and respect for life.

We urge you to take suo motu action in this case to ensure that the accused faces the full weight of the law. Swift investigation, prosecution, and strict punishment under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code are critical. A strong legal response will not only deliver justice but also serve as a deterrent to prevent future crimes against animals.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

INDIA again and again. This country truly is becoming one of the most cruel and brutal countries on this planet. Its time the government and police started to give the filthy, sadistic, psychotic pieces of human trash a PROPER punishment instead of sitting on their fat, lazy butts and doing NOTHING.
