Diaz has a list of charges against him.He murdered at least 3 dogs. Many others he starved and forced to live in filth. This man is a Satan or mentally incapable of being in charge of others as he isn’’t even in charge of himself. Place this jerk in the house and in the rooms filled with feces. Give food in a bucket for his to eat for a week and a few cans of water to drink. That’s it. Let him get the full impression of what his actions did to others. Dogs are living beings with all the feeling we have and he now can share in those feelings. Let him scream, but do nothing,. He can go to the bathroom on the floor too! He will have all the comforts the murdered dogs had. Diaz deserves this! He may need to be placed in a mental institution for years as he is not mentally stable. Also Diaz needs to have a life long ban placed on him so he can never own, work with, or be near animals for the rest of his horrid life.
This type of individual who intentionally tortures and kills animals repeatedly will frequently turn to human victims as well which may have already happened! If authorities do nothing or too little to stop him, the only question is will his next victim will be you or yours. If nothing is done by authorities then they themselves become torturers and murderers by being complicit!! GOD and KARMA are watching!
