A French bulldog puppy’s short life reportedly ended in terror when a man staying in a St. Paul apartment allegedly flung the animal out of an upper-story window. According to police, neighbors saw the tiny dog plummet before it died in a pile of leaves. Moments later, the same man purportedly tossed a miniature poodle into a garbage container as if the animal were refuse. Responding officers discovered a damaged residence and two lifeless pets.
Prosecutors have charged the suspect with animal torture and extensive property destruction, and a warrant for his arrest is active. The brutality described—throwing vulnerable companions from a height and discarding them—suggests deliberate, sustained cruelty rather than a single reckless act. The reported violence not only killed defenseless creatures but also traumatized onlookers and caused significant damage to someone else’s home.
Minnesota law allows felony penalties for such cruelty, yet meaningful justice requires more than a plea deal or brief jail time. A strong sentence that includes incarceration, restitution for veterinary and property costs, mandatory psychological evaluation, and a permanent prohibition on possessing animals is essential to protect other beings and deter future violence. Demand that the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office pursue every available measure.

This is the poorest excuse of an individual I have heard of in a while that would take a poor little innocent puppy that somebody gave them or he went and gotten lied to get it and threw it to its death. Ladies…. I need more women to wake up and learn to watch for violent signs that your sons, bfs, or husbands are exhibiting.
