Moments later, the same man purportedly tossed a miniature poodle into a garbage container as if the animal were refuse. Responding officers discovered a damaged residence and two lifeless pets.

A few weeks ago some nasty deranged piece of shit dragged his mother’s dog to a footbridge, then proceeded to throw the dog over to the concrete below. The unfortunate dog was still alive so what did this cunt do? He went down and dragged the still alive dog back up again and threw it over ‘again’ to make sure the dog was actually dead!
Now if I was anywhere near right now, this fucker would have my ‘coke- hammer ‘ buried in his head! Still can’t find out what has happened to him!😤. Long jail sentences (even if they were meaningful) cost the taxpayers money and do not reform. In my opinion all the property (car, house, furnishings, bank account …) of the perp/s should be confiscated to pay for the cost of healing victims, if any, or be donated to animal rescues, shelters, and refuges in the state. The only better alternative is death, because they will reincide.
