I think that most people who would be willing to hunt some of these bastards down and kill them is because they don’t want to hear a Jury Foreman read a guilty verdict to them sending them to prison for life or giving them the death penalty. I think a lot of people talk like they want to do something drastic to the perpetrators but in actuality, they don’t want to see them killed. They want them fined a little, a little jail time and never own pets again. That shit has never worked in the past and will never work. I really don’t know anyone that is willing to spend the rest of their lives in prison for taking out one or more animal torturers. So, if no one is willing to go to prison for killing some of these bastards, then the torture of animals is never going to end. The only way I can see it happening is if there is a civil war in the country and no law around, you might be able to take out some of them without getting caught but now if they tried it, they would most likely be caught and sent to prison for a long, long time. The courts and the judges could stop a lot of animal abuse now but they don’t have the balls to do it. Start sending animals abusers to life in prison with no parole would be a good start. I believe that would stop 99% of it. But if a judge actually did give some life in prison without parole, the judgement would probably be reversed by a higher court so the animal abuser would walk anyway. So, it looks like basically that animal abuse is going to go on as long as this world exists with animal lovers wanting something bad to happen to animal abusers but always wanting someone else to do the deed.
