Puppy Reportedly Found Dead With Muzzle Taped Shut Deserves Justice

Target: Attorney Rachel Mitchell, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA

Goal: Ensure rigorous prosecution for the alleged brutal mistreatment of a husky puppy.

In June 2023, a husky puppy’s life was allegedly ended in a most barbaric manner. Discovered in a Scottsdale alley, its demise was seemingly not just tragic but cruel. The animal’s muzzle was reportedly sealed shut with red duct tape, a cord ominously wrapped around its neck, speaking volumes of the suffering it must have endured. Such alleged brutality against an innocent animal not only shocks the conscience but demands a call to action for justice and accountability.

Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor, implicated in this distressing case, were arrested after a month-long investigation triggered by a concerned passerby’s reported discovery. This incident underscores a glaring need for stringent legal measures against animal cruelty, ensuring that those responsible face consequences reflective of their alleged actions. The subsequent release of Richmond, followed by a search initiated upon his indictment, illustrates challenges in holding individuals accountable but also highlights the determination to pursue justice.

The demand is unequivocal: the legal system must not only recognize but also act decisively against such alleged acts of cruelty. Ensuring Richmond’s prosecution becomes not just a matter of legal procedure but a statement of the collective stance against animal abuse. Take immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Rachel Mitchell,

The discovery of a husky puppy in Scottsdale, its life allegedly extinguished under harrowing conditions, has sparked outrage and a demand for justice. The puppy, reportedly found with muzzle inhumanely taped shut and a cord around its neck, represents a broader issue of animal cruelty that plagues our society. This case, reportedly involving Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor, necessitates a firm, unwavering legal response to signify our collective intolerance for such alleged cruelty.

Your office’s role in ensuring the rigorous prosecution of those implicated is critical. The initial arrest and subsequent efforts to bring Richmond to justice, despite procedural challenges, underscore the importance of perseverance in these cases. The legal system must reflect the severity of these allegations through a process that holds individuals accountable for their actions against defenseless animals.

We urge you, as Maricopa County Attorney, to prioritize the prosecution of this case, ensuring that it serves as a deterrent to potential perpetrators and a testament to our society’s commitment to justice and compassion. Let this case be a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated and that legal repercussions await those who partake in such despicable acts.

Sincerely,

  1. If they’re released, let’s get them. Do the same thing to them. I’m game. Count me in

  2. I’m so enraged about these cruelty cases that keep popping up. Imagine those not discovered. I agree with the last submission, basically you get what you give. And I hope no one helps these jerks.

  3. Rachel – Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor could have surrendered this innocent pup to an animal shelter, but instead chose to torture and murder it and leave it in an alley. There is no place in today’s society for these ignorant, uneducated assholes. Since they can’t be removed from the gene pool, their place is behind bars. So please do the job you were hired to do and prosecute these 2 murderer’s to the fullest extent allowed under Arizona law. Please!

    • The first problem is that these are bad people and there are too many like them. The second problem is that THE LAWS SUCK…
the laws are designed for the perpetrators to get off because animals under the “laws here (and other countries),are considered PROPERTY and not feeling living things.I say these people and everyone like them deserve the death penalty.

They deserve anything that can be done to them. This poor pup deserves justice. I wish they could suffer the same death as the puppy did. Die you pieces of trash!!!

  14. If we don’t take animal torture and cruelty seriously then it can not be stopped. We must punish people aggressively or they will not stop. Punish these people with prison time. Make strict tougher cruelty laws.

    • THERE NEEDS TO BE LAWS TO STOP BREEDING CATS AND DOGS!! Did you read what is going on in some RED STATES because some CUNTservative Congressmans family breeds dogs for money?THIS POS VOTED AGAINST A BILL FOR JUST ONE COUNTY!! ONE FUCKING COUNTY!

  15. I know this is not very Christian, I’m sorry. I wish/hope for unimaginable suffering for this pos!!!

  16. Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor deserve maximum punishment and lifetime bans from residing with and from owning ANY animal. Please keep watch over these monsters.

Whoever gave these two psycho bastards that sweet puppy should BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE as well.

  18. Almost every day or at least 3 or 4 times a week I read heartbreaking stuff like this here IT will not end because the laws are evil and the people who made tge laws hundreds of years ago are evil because the laws only protect who OWN PROPERTY so consequently animals were classified as PROPERTY so that the founders could kill them if they were inconvenient or “in the way of progress “(ie:making money)….the same thing that was done to indigenous people everywhere (but especially here)…these people deserve the death penalty.

  19. words fail what a poor little soul such evil people

  20. Why? Why do something so cruel so heartless so evil when you can drop any animal off at a shelter! If this was done for fun you two are more sick and twisted than I thought you two
lowlifes belong behind bars for a very long time! You two have no right living amongst us in a civilized society because you two are far from civilized in fact burning in hell is too good for you!
