Puppy Reportedly Found Dead With Muzzle Taped Shut Deserves Justice

Target: Attorney Rachel Mitchell, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA

Goal: Ensure rigorous prosecution for the alleged brutal mistreatment of a husky puppy.

In June 2023, a husky puppy’s life was allegedly ended in a most barbaric manner. Discovered in a Scottsdale alley, its demise was seemingly not just tragic but cruel. The animal’s muzzle was reportedly sealed shut with red duct tape, a cord ominously wrapped around its neck, speaking volumes of the suffering it must have endured. Such alleged brutality against an innocent animal not only shocks the conscience but demands a call to action for justice and accountability.

Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor, implicated in this distressing case, were arrested after a month-long investigation triggered by a concerned passerby’s reported discovery. This incident underscores a glaring need for stringent legal measures against animal cruelty, ensuring that those responsible face consequences reflective of their alleged actions. The subsequent release of Richmond, followed by a search initiated upon his indictment, illustrates challenges in holding individuals accountable but also highlights the determination to pursue justice.

The demand is unequivocal: the legal system must not only recognize but also act decisively against such alleged acts of cruelty. Ensuring Richmond’s prosecution becomes not just a matter of legal procedure but a statement of the collective stance against animal abuse. Take immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Rachel Mitchell,

The discovery of a husky puppy in Scottsdale, its life allegedly extinguished under harrowing conditions, has sparked outrage and a demand for justice. The puppy, reportedly found with muzzle inhumanely taped shut and a cord around its neck, represents a broader issue of animal cruelty that plagues our society. This case, reportedly involving Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor, necessitates a firm, unwavering legal response to signify our collective intolerance for such alleged cruelty.

Your office’s role in ensuring the rigorous prosecution of those implicated is critical. The initial arrest and subsequent efforts to bring Richmond to justice, despite procedural challenges, underscore the importance of perseverance in these cases. The legal system must reflect the severity of these allegations through a process that holds individuals accountable for their actions against defenseless animals.

We urge you, as Maricopa County Attorney, to prioritize the prosecution of this case, ensuring that it serves as a deterrent to potential perpetrators and a testament to our society’s commitment to justice and compassion. Let this case be a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated and that legal repercussions await those who partake in such despicable acts.

Sincerely,

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE 2 DISGUSTING EXCUSES FOR, SO CALLED, HUMANS? JUST WHAT?
NOT FOR ONE MINUTE DO I THINK THEY ARE MENTALLY UNSTABLE, THEY ARE CLEARLY WICKED, EVIL, CRUEL CALCULATING MONSTERS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM SOCIETY FOR GOOD.
PUNISH THEM TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE AND MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THESE CRUEL, VILE EXCUSES FOR `HUMANS`…AND NOW!!
KARMA WILL FIND THEM AND THAT’S FOR SURE

  7. Those who are capable of this cruelty are not humans. They lack the genetic code for humanity. I wish we could put an end to these subhuman creatures, stop them polluting the air with their filth.

  8. Death penalty for these bastard killers, cowards,MF,SOB.
    Justice for the puppy! +RIP

  9. Attorney Rachel Mitchell,
Please pursue strict justice for the sweet loving Husky puppy that was severely viciously tortured and savagely killed without mercy and without remorse. I urge that you to ‘not go easy’ on perpetrators, Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor, as to hold them stringently accountable so as other extreme acts of animal abuse and animal violence will be deterred in the future. By holding Richmond and Auditor accountable for their heinous actions, other future incidents would be prevented knowing that judgment would be swift and severe, and that animal predators would be held responsible for their inhumane behavior. Please sentence them to the longest jail time possible; and do not allow them to own any pets in the future. What this poor innocent puppy endured is unimaginable, in having his/her mouth taped shut tightly so as the pup would be unable to breathe and to cry out as the 2 animal abusers wrapped a cord bound tight around the dog’s neck proceeding to strangle her/him to death. There may have been other victims of similar unspeakable acts on animals prior to this one, as many abusers are repeat offenders; it is also important to note that animal torture abuse and murder has proven to lead to child abuse and domestic violence abuse. Now is not the time to be merciful, as absolutely no mercy was shown to this precious puppy soul, who deserved to have a happy life with a good family with good hearts, and to know what it was like to be shown love, and to show love which all “puppies” and especially ‘Huskies’ are known for.
Thank you from a Husky pet owner (adopted as a puppy.)

  10. Coward scumbag ugly humans

I’d LOVE to hear that the fat Lester Paul Richmond and Heather Auditor have been sentenced to having their mouths taped shut, so they can starve for several weeks or months. It’ll teach them a lesson they won’t forget. And bring down their obese bodies to a decent size.
