Foal Found Apparently Suffering From Fractured Vertebrae and Pneumonia Deserves Justice

Target: Thomas J. Vilsack, Secretary of Agriculture, United States Department of Agriculture

Goal: Penalize abuse cases like that of Faith the foal, who reportedly suffered a broken back, trauma, and pneumonia.

A case of suspected animal mistreatment, widely disseminated through social media, has gravely concerned citizens and advocates. Located in Cumberland County, Witts End Quarter Horses became the scene of shocking revelations. A foal named Faith emerged as one of the most impacted animals, allegedly suffering substantial physical injury and pneumonia. Accused individuals from the property, Austin Wayne Simpson and Kylie Lenore Parker, face charges that include animal cruelty and felony conspiracy.

Faith, with apparent injuries to vital muscles and fractured vertebrae, exemplifies the urgent need for legislative intervention. Her recovery process, aided by specialists at Foundation Equine Clinic in Vass, starkly contrasts to her mother Judy’s fate, who reportedly died from acute colic. That Faith requires an “emotional support horse” post-trauma further emphasizes the dire nature of her ordeal.

Cumberland County Animal Services has reported more than 500 public calls and emails, propelling this incident into the national spotlight. The saga, which includes disturbing footage of apparent equine abuse, poses pressing questions about regulatory oversight and existing loopholes. Consequently, it mandates a proactive stance from policy shapers to enforce stringent regulations for the safeguarding of animals.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Secretary Vilsack,

A case that has recently gripped public attention requires immediate, decisive action. At Witts End Quarter Horses in Cumberland County, a foal named Faith reportedly suffered significant injuries. Both Austin Wayne Simpson and Kylie Lenore Parker face criminal charges.

You, as Secretary of Agriculture, hold a position of considerable authority. As such, we earnestly beseech you to enact more stringent animal welfare regulations that help to prevent episodes akin to this one. Proactively allocate resources for effective oversight, introducing rigid protocols to deter, detect, and punish such violations.

The people insist on immediate changes in animal welfare regulations. Let it stand as a stern warning: society will not turn a blind eye to such atrocious acts; justice must and will be meted out.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Secretary Vilsack, You have been in the Dept of AG for how many years now? And you also oversee the puppy mills and the miserable job they do. I wrote to your boss and got a letter back from one of the Veterinarians who admitted the job being done by the animal inspectors was poorly done. And how many years have you been sitting there doing little about protecting animals? Oh yes, the ranchers, dairy farmers, cattle raisers they are getting their due from you. Get off your ass and protect ALL THE ANIMALS. Join us in being their voice to protect
    the.

    • BRAVO for naming Vilsack as ENEMY #1 of animals. He’s the chief enabler of ANIMAL TORTURE on factory farms, puppy mills…You name the animal abuse & he approves it.

    • Garlina Norris says:

He won’t. Just another useless human sitting on his ass getting paid. Of course male too

  2. People in those positions always fail to protect innocent animals. But faithfully protect the real animals that abuse them over and over again.. Do your job’s for once.

  3. This name Witts end Seems to ‘ring a bell’??
Is this the same place that some time ago was supposedly prosecuted for bastards whipping and dragging a grounded horse along behind a tractor or such?
If so it don’t look like it bothered this so-called setup much as it seems these bastards still have not learned from before.
Did they actually get prosecuted as I have seen nothing in the media as to what happened to these pieces of shite so it looks like they are still operating and STILL could not give a toss!
To mention, I have never seen anything on this site appertaining to animal torturing pieces of shite being brought to justice.
So it would appear that the ‘ slapped wrist’ syndrome is still operating in favour of these sick torturing tossers!! Then off they go to do it all over again!
The bastards MUST be stopped for the good of the world.
The only way to stop these pricks is for them to be dealt with through ‘mob’ justice.
Better if in a group then no one need feel too guilty at taking these bastards out.
I know it sounds violent but is the only way to stop these atrocities once and for all.
The only thing these fuckwits understand is if the same thing happens to them as they are just cowards at heart!
If left alive the tossers need to be beaten so badly that they would never be able to do anything torturous to animals ever again. Mob rule WILL rule against these shitbags!!
    I rest my case.

    • Yes!…& the sadistic agents of Satan who abuse animals have one monster to thank for approving animal torture: Ag Sec Tom Vilsack

    • YES!!! And spraying the hose into another horse’s face. I remember!! Maximum punishment is needed!! Also, a lifetime ban from owning, caring for, possessing, and from residing in any house where ANY animal is present.
They need to forfeit ALL animals currently in their possession, and also pay back costs for ALL veterinary care if applicable. Let’s be serious about saving animals’ lives. Thank you.

  4. If only the monster, Ag Sec Tom Vilsack, could be held accountable for approving the torture of BILLIONS of factory farm animals – not to mention the torture of countless other animals, like in puppy mills. As chief lobbyist for Monsanto, he was also the person most responsible for unleashing PFAS – FOREVER CHEMICALS – upon the ENTIRE planet & the bloodstreams of EVERY living being.

    • Re:- Vilsack.
Would it be possible for a mob or gang, fired up group or whatever to take this bastard out permanently?
Well, just a thought!!! No doubt another arsehole who has ‘round the clock‘ protection. For good reason I suppose as many would seriously like this arrogant prick DEAD!!
      J.W.

  5. This ATROCITY calls for EYE FOR AN EYE justice!

  6. The abusers deserve the same treatment that led to this foals condition.

    • I agree with you. Once tortured they should be shot dead at dawn. All animal abusers deserve to be killed off it is the only way to protect animals

  7. WAKE-UP, SHOULD YOU BE REPLACED AS YOU ARE TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE AT DOING ANYTHING FOR THESE ANIMALS, YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!
TAKING THE MONEY AND, YET AGAIN, ANOTHER ONE WHO DOESNT DO THE JOB. HAVE YOU NO SHAME OR DO YOU FIND IT EASIER TO IGNORE PEOPLE WHO ARE ASKING FOR JUSTICE AND PROTECTION FOR ALL ANIMALS…WHO IN CASE YOU HADN’T NOTICED…CANT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!
IT IS OUR DUTY TO CARE FOR ANIMALS…BUT IS THAT A TAD TOO MUCH EFFORT FOR YOU TO DO??
FOR HEAVENS SAKE, SORT THIS DREADFUL MESS OUT AND PUNISH THOSE WHO DO THIS AND ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN….OOOH MIGHT THAT BE YOU TOO.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON YOU AND ALL YOUR CO-HORTS WHO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE THAT JOB AND DO NOTHING!!

Another messenger of Satan, Tom Vilsack, getting paid with our tax money to torture animals and gets away with it!! First offense is the torture, second offensive is getting paid to do it.
