Former Star Accused of Beating Dog With Chair on Video Must be Punished

Target: Fani Willis, District Attorney of Fulton County, GA

Goal: Seek maximum penalty for star who allegedly beat his dog on camera.

Former reality show star Ceaser Emanuel has been charged with animal cruelty. A Ring video surfaced in connection to the incident, which appears a dog being struck multiple times by Emanuel with a chair. Later, the dog is apparently locked in a cage and pushed down a hill.

Emanuel now faces a count of aggravated animal cruelty as well as two misdemeanor charges believed to be related to the same report. He previously starred on the Black Ink Crew television series before he was fired following the allegations. While he turned himself in, the accused has since been busy trying to deflect attention away from the charges by alleging the video was leaked by a vengeful ex. Regardless of why the video emerged, its contents should not be explained away or forgotten.

Sign the petition below to urge legal authorities to stay vigilant in prosecuting this troubling case to the fullest extent.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Willis,

Ceaser Emanuel’s status as a former television star should not exempt him from facing the full weight of charges against him. This man was reportedly caught on camera abusing a dog multiple times in multiple ways. While he claims the content is not a reflection of him, the brutality of the alleged acts indicates otherwise.

Please do not strike a plea deal; continue pursuing the felony charge with the maximum possible penalty attached. The cycle of abuse will never be broken if our systems enable it.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

stupid POS. He needs the shit beat out of him…
then how about a long stay in jail where hopefully he will also get what he deserves. Sub humans who hurt animals should just die…..just saying:)

  2. These giant egos think they are above the law. There is never a place for animal abuse, and those with a presence should be leaders in championing – not harming – animals. A suitable punishment would be a fine in the $1 million range, at his expense a public apology on the airwaves, and supervised community work that would see him working at rescues and shelters until he understands that what he did was a wrong that needs to be righted.

    • Sorry but I have been a volunteer for a long time and we don’t want these shits around our animals. You can never leave them alone with an animal and that takes away from someone doing real good to watch them. Just punish these giant egomaniacs. Show them they are not above the law.

        EXACTLY,
They should Never be around animals.
They should never be around, period…

So TIRED of reading and hearing horror stories regarding animals.
        It has to stop,
The judical system is so messed up; or either the people working in the judical system, just don’t care…

  3. Until people step up and start seeking out the scum that do these thing and deliver REAL Justice – it will never end.

    • I agree; the public needs to go after these assholes to deliver the right amount of justice. If I didn’t have furbabies that depend on me, I’d go after them myself. I hate these evil people with every part of my being.

    • Exactly.
      Animal vigilantes to the fore.
These above the law bastards need taking out painfully when they are least expecting it!
If they have tortured and killed an innocent animal the fuckers need killing back!
Least ways they would not do it again.
Power to any animal rights groups who can eradicate these arrogant tossers from our world as the waste of space judicial system can’t be bothered. It’s only a ‘dog’ they say. Well, let’s say he is only a sub-human who needs teaching the error of his ways. Permanently.
      Bastard!!

This Fuck’n shitbag should be beaten until lifeless!!! Die you heartless Douchebag!!! Hope the pup is OK!!!

  5. Beat his ass with a chair, and push him down a hill locked in a cage, eye for an eye.

    • Carol Brady says:

Agree – he deserves the same and then off to jail for many years and a very hefty fine.

    • Kyle A Whitfield says:

I think it would be best for all concerned, to put each and every animal abuser (torturer / killer), to be put in a cage. basic necessities of life are denied.
No food, no water no shelter.

      Them simply walk away.
      End of story.

Or, if it can’t be done on a long term basis,
Then at least for a couple of weeks.
Perhaps, they will regret what they did and never do it again.

zero excuses, zero tolerance – ENOUGH!

  8. Bullshit. He did it so “If you do the crime, you do the time”. Life long ban on owning or being around pets and animals. It don’t care who he is.

  9. Annette & Jeff Patrone says:

We just saw the video and poor baby, even after hitting with the folding chair the dog just wants to go back in the house and hope it stops. So sad to see and for us immensely disturbing as any other animal abuse situation.

Unfortunately our system is such that more often than not, the punishment doesn’t fit the crime. We would like to see more of an eye for an eye type punishment which you all know what we’re talking about. So whatever the perpetrator does to its innocent victim the same should be done to the perpetrator, including death if that was the outcome. We could guarantee this would curtail 1/2 of the abuse that goes on.

ANIMALS, all animals, SHOULD BE LOVED, CARED FOR AND RESPECTED NO DIFFERENT THAN US PLAIN AND SIMPLE!! But in this world, he should definitely be harshly punished, fined and the dog should be removed and placed in a loving caring home and he should not be allowed to have or be near an animal, and lastly place him on an animal abuse registry.

  10. Rhonda Jones says:

No excuse period! He needs to be punished to the fullest and never to own any animals or pets. Very disturbing especially when he thinks he only got in trouble because of his ex girlfriend. What he did to his dog was cruel and inhumane. I sure hope he never gets this precious dog back.

  11. Lock him up ENOUGH is ENOUGH follow through on animal abuse laws. I am SO sick of people getting away with animal abuse, SICK, and tired of it !!! LOCK this POS up, no EXCUSE is good enough that results in ABUSE NEVER EVER EVER!

  12. Doesn’t matter who turned u in scumbag, u beat the dog & u deserve to to go to jail or be beat with a chair & locked in a cage & send down a hill!!

  13. Jilly+Idle says:

I never liked or trusted that motherfucker. He always was rough with the dogs on his show. I had hoped Victoria would tear him a new one. Now SHE is a good one! Death to Caesar!

  14. Low-life piece of shit.

  15. Maria Lavorato says:

Maximum punishment! Let’s beat him and see how he enjoys!

The little dog should be rehired in a safe forever home.

  16. Maria Lavorato says:

    re homed*

  17. another celebritard who thinks they are above the law and any accountability for their actions. who cares who gave the footage to the media. bottom line is you are abusing that dog and the same should happen to this clown. hope to see you soon on the line for the foodbank. people like this do not deserve the good fortune that they achieve.

  18. Laura Rolder says:

He is pure evil scumbag. Max Felony charges is a must. Animal abusers should be held accountable and not let off with a slap on the wrist. Justice for helpless innocent animals. Lock him away and hopefully he will get the shit beat out of him in prison. The laws need to be stricter to protect all animals. He will do it again and maybe next time it will be a child if the Justice system doesn’t do the right thing and put this POS in prison.

  19. The same thing should be done to this pos-I wish all animal abusers would be tortured !!! Rid the earth of all evil monsters who abuse innocent animals who can’t cry for help themselves!!! We need to be their voice but abusers need to suffer-they have nothing to fear by going to jail (free room and board!)!
