Goal: Give woman prison sentence if it is found that she beat dog to death with a hammer in front of children.
A mother allegedly beat her Pitbull with a hammer in front of her two small children. Bianca Lee was charged with animal cruelty shortly afterwards. She needs to be given the maximum prison sentence if it is found she committed this inexcusable act.
Lee’s boyfriend reportedly walked into the home to find her covered in blood and her children visibly upset, possibly as a result of the incident. He allegedly discovered the dog soon after that point. Police stated that Lee admitted to committing the crime shortly after they arrived at the residence. She is currently awaiting trial at the Allegheny County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
Sign this petition to demand Lee spend time in prison and further insist that she no longer be allowed to have pets if it is found she committed this horrific act against an innocent animal.

Dear District Attorney Zappala,
Bianca Lee was recently arrested after her children reportedly witnessed her violently beat the family dog with a hammer. She needs to be penalized to the fullest extent of the law if these allegations are found to be true, so that other animals and children will be less likely to go through a similar ordeal.
According to reports, Lee’s boyfriend found the dog after seeing her children screaming and crying and Lee’s entire body covered in blood. Lee allegedly told police, “I got the dog, I killed the dog.” The suspect was taken to the Allegheny County Jail and will not be released before her trial unless someone is willing or able to pay her $20,000 bond.
For these reasons, I demand you suggest Lee get the strictest legal sentence allowed for this crime and that you further tell the judge she should no longer be allowed to be around animals if it is found she committed this atrocious act.

Too good punishment to fit crime!! She doesn’t deserve an easy way out. Her poor children will need therapy they are traumatized for life. They need therapy to cope with this major trauma! What if they had gotten in her way, she would have probably beaten them also! We need to stand up against all animal abuse. Push for stronger punishments, stronger laws in all states, and animal abuser list forever!

Based simply on her action toward the dog and her comment ( if accurate) , this seems to be a paranoid type mental illness. Difficult as it is to imagine the horror of what she did, let’s be thankful she did not physically harm the children. Pray those babies get counseling and that Mom gets mental health treatment in a secure detention facility.

She is obviously a maniacal monster with no conscience! The monster must be prosecuted to the max for felony abuse and murder of an innocent animal, which should include mandatory extensive jail time @ the very least! It goes without saying that she should be banned from ever having access to another animal in her miserable lifetime. And…this is definitely a case for DCFS…those traumatized children should be removed before they become victims of this monster!
Not only a serious custodial sentence but I’m very concerned for those children [did it indicate anywhere how old they are?] since it is well-known that those who abuse/kill innocent animals are only one step away from inflicting grievous harm on small humans – perhaps they should be removed from that place of horror for their own future safety.

Someone who knew her, knew of prior abuse with this Dog, should have been reported prior to this incident or this Dog would still be alive. The pain and suffering that poor dog went through was horrific and it did not deserve one bit of it. What a horrible and crazy memory these children will have for the rest of their lives. It will create PTSD. She should never own a Pet/Dog again. I have to wonder if she abused the children too. Very unstable Woman. I hope the Judge does not go easy on her.
