As always I agree with your comment. I know it is wrong to take justice but sometimes you feel it is the only way to stop these bastards as the law lets us down so many times. Poor little dog – just hope who took her on gives her the love and compassion she deserves. And the perpetrator gets some karma (either within the law or out).
Someone knows who the dog belonged to, people do not live in vacuums; friends, relatives and neighbors would know who his owner is – offer a reward and see how quick he’s found. Then prosecute him and fine him, jail him and give him a lifetime ban from any animal contact.
