Zoo Owners Who Fed Live Donkey to Tigers Must be Punished

Target: Cao Jianming, Procurator-General of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China.

Goal: Demand that the zoo owners who fed a live donkey to tigers be punished to the maximum degree.

Angry shareholders in a Chinese zoo fed a live donkey to tigers as a way to protest a court’s decision they didn’t like. The shareholders stated that they voted in favor of this horrific act because the court froze the zoo’s assets and they were no longer receiving profits. Demand justice for this innocent donkey torn to bits by tigers.

Shocking video footage showed the men pushing the frightened donkey down into the tiger enclosure. The tigers pounced on the donkey almost immediately and mauled it for thirty minutes before it finally died. The shareholders also planned to send a sheep into the enclosure, but zoo officials stopped them in time to save the sheep.

Officials at Yancheng Safari Park issued an apology, stating that they are working on improving their safety standards. They will be holding a meeting to “calm shareholders’ nerves.” However, this horrific act of cruelty cannot go unpunished. Sign below and demand that these shareholders face legal charges and receive the maximum penalty.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Procurator-General Cao,

A donkey suffered tremendously and died after a zoo’s shareholders fed it to tigers. Video footage showed the donkey resisting while men dressed in red robes forced it into a tiger enclosure. We demand justice for this innocent donkey.

Visitors looked on in horror as the tigers mauled the helpless donkey to death. Per witness reports, it brayed in pain and desperately tried to get away. The shareholders stated that they sacrificed the live animal in protest of the court’s decision to freeze the zoo’s assets.

This poor animal did not deserve to suffer a cruel death in the name of protest. We demand that you bring charges against the men responsible and punish them to the maximum degree.

Sincerely,

China has always hated having its uncivilised side exposed. Its animal abuse is notorious worldwide. Don’t ever visit the country as a tourist until we see their government reverse this situation. Yulin Festival coming up on 21 June is prime example. Google it and see for yourself the horrific torture they subject caged dogs and cats to before their barbaric slaughter, and eventual consumption! These bastard shareholders need serious jail time and the zoo permanently closed. I am ashamed of the human race …

How sick can you get – it’s too bad that we continue to do trade with such people. I can’t imagine being the one who pushed that poor donkey to it’s death. Shame on all of you for thinking you are human beings; you are NOT!!!!

What kind of sick monster could do this to an innocent animal. These savages must be punished for this, they deserve to be thrown in to the tigers. Zoos are meant to protect animals.

Horrible backward counary! If China got blasted off the planet I wouldn’t she’d a tear. I support nothing from them never purchasing from Chinese sellers on ebay or Amazon. Millions will be boycotting their olympics.

There is so so much horrible abuse from this…. Area. Even Monk with their “tiger wine” Panda babies born here still belong to China, and we pay a million dollars for panda come to U. S
Animals are dying from neglect and torture. Absolutely horrible. Never any oversight. Sad sad

  6. What are we children we don’t get our way and we throw temper tantrum. How sad. But what do you expect from China. They have no regards for an animals life.

  10. Charles Davidson says:

Why didn’t they sacrifice themselves in protest instead of an innocent creature? Such a barbaric act by such a cruel country that continues to treat animals in the most brutal ways. I would never visit this country.

  11. There is a bit of good news. There will be no dog or cat meat at the Yulin
Dog meat Festival! We all must put pressure for this to be permanent and all across the country of China year round!! Keep up the boycotts and pay attention to product labels. This will affect their economy and will send a serious message to their government!

    • You are absolutely incorrect in your info. I have no doubt Chinese people are spreading this complete BS. The festival is not banned the torture of cats and dogs is continuing this year and all year round in China and many Asian countries. THERE IS NO BAN of dog or cat meat torture.

This is one of the worst/saddest things I have ever read.
I can’t even begin to imagine the fear and torture this poor beautiful animal had to endure at the mercy of these unforgivable monsters. The donkey’s life was so much more valuable than these horrid people. I’m sure they did it because of money.
Karma please step up to bat.
I am so ashamed to be a human being right now.

  13. ANIMALS ARE NOT OURS
to eat, wear, experiment on, use for
entertainment or abuse in any other way
IF YOU REALLY LOVE ANIMALS … GO VEGAN, please

    I hate china!!!!

  15. I hate China more every day.

  16. The monsters who did that should be executed. That donkey was shown standing there not knowing what those idiots had in store for him/her. I believe that these NON-HUMANS who abuse animals should suffer the same as they do to the animals. That donkey had nothing to do with their cause nor did what they did to it. I hope for them a painful and frightening death!

  17. I hate China more and more every day for their extreme cruelty to animals. I hope they are tortured every day burning in Hell.

  18. Shut this zoo down entirely. These morons are incapable of caring for animals. Disgusting.

  19. OMG……………….Can you even fathom the horror, pain and fear that the donkey felt while being mauled for 30 minutes b4 dying at the teeth of these tigers?? WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH OUR WORLD TODAY??

THOSE WHO DID THIS MUST BE SEVERELY PUNISHED. WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH THESE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE N COMPASSION OR FEELINGS JUST GREED, GREED, GREED FOR MONEY AND MORE MONEY. PUT THEM IN JAIL, FINE THEM AND PUNISH THEM FOR HORRIFIC ANIMAL ABUSE. BOYCOTT THIS ZOO AND MAKE SURE THOSE INVOLVED ARE LISTED WITH THEIR NAMES IN THE NEWS AND SEVERELY PUNISHED.

  20. Leave it to the Chinese to do something so cruel and unconscionable. Why don’t they kidnap one of the board members they don’t like and feed him to the lions(u know the board members and these pictured here are all men). Then again, they would be held for murder if they did that do a person, so they did it to an animal. Cowards. Look what the Chinese are doing in/toTibet. Irredeemable deplorables.
