Eleven Dogs Reportedly Died From Heat Stroke and Trauma in Trainer’s Care: Demand Justice

Target: Todd Spitzer, Orange County, CA District Attorney

Goal: Seek maximum punishment for alleged animal cruelty resulting in the deaths of at least 11 dogs.

At least 11 dogs reportedly died under the care of an Orange County dog trainer and his girlfriend. Kwong (Tony) Chun Sit, a 53-year-old trainer, faces multiple felony counts, while his girlfriend, Tingfeng Liu, 23, charged as an accomplice. Disturbingly, reports indicate that Sit texted a dog’s owner in June, claiming the animal had died peacefully in its sleep and had already been cremated — a revelation that prompted further investigation. Given the circumstances, it’s crucial that justice is served for these innocent animals who apparently suffered and lost their lives.

Investigations led by the Irvine Police Department have uncovered evidence suggesting that at least two dogs may have perished from heat stroke and one from blunt force trauma. The emotional toll on pet owners is devastating, as expressed by Aimee Gutierrez, who shared her concern: “I just hope that we didn’t send her there to suffer.” The gravity of these allegations cannot be overstated. Both Sit and Liu have reportedly pleaded not guilty.

Urgent action is necessary to ensure that those responsible for this alleged abuse face appropriate legal consequences. The maximum sentence for the accused must be pursued relentlessly to deter future acts of cruelty and protect other animals from suffering similar fates. Therefore, it is imperative to demand stringent penalties that reflect the severity of these alleged crimes.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Spitzer,

The recent allegations against Kwong (Tony) Chun Sit and Tingfeng Liu regarding the deaths of at least 11 dogs in their care demand immediate and serious attention. Reports claim that at least two dogs died from heat stroke and one from blunt force trauma, while their owners believed they were leaving their pets in a safe environment. The heartbreaking accounts from dog owners, like Aimee Gutierrez, highlight the emotional and psychological scars left by this alleged cruelty. “We didn’t send her to be abused,” Gutierrez stated, capturing the anguish felt by many.

As Sit faces multiple felony counts of animal cruelty and abuse, with a maximum potential sentence of nearly 14 years, it is essential for justice to prevail. Both Sit and Liu must be held accountable for their actions. The chilling circumstances allegedly surrounding the deaths of these cherished pets showcase the urgent need for stringent legal repercussions for those who harm animals.

It is crucial that the maximum sentence available is pursued in this case, as it not only serves justice for the animals that suffered but also sends a strong message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated. Please act decisively in seeking justice for the innocent lives lost and ensure that individuals responsible for such heinous acts face appropriate punishment.

Sincerely,

11 Dogs Dead when there was no reason!!!These two pieces of shit tried to hide their abuse and gross negligence. CREMATED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE OWNERS!!!!! The feeble law had better step up…or it will get you!

These two think that animals are dispensable. Asses! NO BUT YOU DEFINITELY ARE!! Felony charges for both POS! Never again to be near another animal.
Hope you get what you deserve SOME WAY SOME HOW!!!!

  4. Totally disgusting! They killed 11 dogs! Theses people need their license taken away & never have anything to do with any animals! But 1st they must go to ja8l!

  5. Agree all comments, now cremate them. Justice now. What arseholes we have in this world get rid of them.

  6. Marlene De-Abel says:

Yes – agree with all of the comments. Where is the justice? Liars and criminals.

  7. Those MONSTERS Need to pay!!!!!!!!!! Street Justice!!!!!!

  8. Josephine Oshana says:

I stand with the petition signers that California needs strong laws protecting animals. 11 Dogs, Heat Stroke- Trainers – What is wrong with the picture- the dogs were left suffering, no shelter, no water or safety and their death is on the two POS hands! I can’t imagine what the owners are going through. They trusted the trainers. The dogs were neglected. This breaks my heart and I hope justice will be served.

  9. Y’kow, I just cannot imagine how many supposedly ‘normal’ human beings can manage to live without a brain!!
I mean—you bring your new little dog home. acclimatise he or she to your home for a short while, THEN, take your little dog off to get supposedly trained for A BLOODY MONTH!!!!! By which time the dog will no doubt have forgotten you anyway!!!
What the hell is going through this dogs mind? This is abuse for a start! If you are brainless enough not to be able to train your own dog to your way of life then I seriously suggest that you DO NOT HAVE ONE!!
And— how do you think they are trained? Mostly NOT by kindness or given treats. These ‘so-called ‘dog trainers’ have no time for that. They need to make money with a good turnover of dogs as quick as possible and—with many unsavoury punishing ways of getting the animal to be obedient and do what it is told. So, when the family dog gets back home it is mostly obedient to certain commands by fear of any punishment or reprisals like when it was at the so-called motherfucking trainers which is definitely NOT what is needed.
Why people do not check these ‘supposed’ training establishments out initially I will never understand!
I will emphasise this again. If you are not competent ( or too ‘thick’ to train your dog to your families ways calmly and patiently, (yes it takes time and patience’) then all I can say right now is—DO NOT BLOODY WELL have one! And-to the owner who took his unfortunate little dog to this ‘’twat’ of a supposed dog training facility, you could get someone to stick a piece of paper on your forehead which says—-IDIOT!!!!

  10. Hang this monster by the balls & squeeze them very slowly in a vise grip till they explode. This sewer scum & his accomplice deserve eye for an eye justice but will probably get slaps on the wrist like other animal tortures.

  11. Adrienne Kaiser says:

Yet another dog trainer accused of killing dogs in his care!! If a court of law would prosecute these scumbags to the fullest extent of the law WITHOUT exceptions instead of giving a proverbial slap on the wrist, these scumbags would possibly think twice before abusing dogs in their care! Too many DAs and Judges don’t seem to take animal abuse seriously, so these crimes against animals continue!! In my opinion, they are just as guilty of animal abuse as the heinous criminals who commit these crimes! Until the court system gets tough on crimes against animals, animal abuse/cruelty will continue.

    • Amen! In these cases, I call the DA’s office to DEMAND the maximum penalty. Irvine CA is one of the nation’s wealthiest cities. I’m contacting friends & family there so they call the DA’s office too DEMANDING THE MAXIMUM. A slap on the wrist cannot be tolerated!

    • You are right! That’s why this keeps going on and on and on. The punishment they did is a big joke!

  12. I’ll be calling Orange County DA demanding the maximum penalty. How could this happen in one of the nation’s most affluent counties? A slap on the wrist cannot be tolerated for this heinous atrocity!

  13. Dennis Busto says:

Absolutely No Tolerance Towards Animal ABUSERS n Cruelty. An eye for an eye fits this crime n should be the punishment. Paws Matter

  14. Karen Smith says:

THIS CASE IS VERY DISTURBING,SADISTIC, AND COMPLETELY UNWARRENTED!! THESE PERPETRATORS MUSTBPAY THE PRICE FOR THIS CRIME!!AND DO THE TIME!!!TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW!!!
    AND NO LESS..
THESE POOR FUR BABIES WERE NOT THEIR DOGS TO TREAT AND HANDLE THEMBTHE WAY THEY HAVE!! THESE BEAUTIFUL DOGS WERE COMPANIONS, SOUL BUDDIES,AND FAMILY TO THEIR OWNERS AND FAMILY..AND TO BE ABUSED AND KILLED THROWN AWAY WAS JUST ABHORRENT TO SAY THE VERY LEAST..THEY MUST BE INCARCERATED,FINED, AND ‘NEVER’ TO BE AROUND ANIMALS NOR HAVE ANIMALS AGAIN!!!

  15. Kathleen BOSSART says:

WHERE ARE OUR JUDGES? THEY ARE TO UP HOLD OUR LAWS. AND IF IAM NOT MISTAKEN IT IS A FELONY IN THE USA TO ABUSE AND OR HARM AN ANIMAL IN ANY WAY. WHAT ARE THESE JUDGES DOING ALL DAY, OR WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY GETTING PAID FOR. IT IS TIME TO LET THEM KNOW THAT WE TAKE ANIMAL ABUSE SERIOUSLY AND WANT THEM TO PUNISH THESE ASSHOLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, IT SHOULD BE ON A BALLET WHEN WE VOTE.
