WHY, do authorities wait so long before rescuing these poor animals? It said this had gone on for 16 months. If the authorities knew about this, why did they leave these animals and let this poor animal become deformed? The Judicial system is one big JOKE. As long as they are getting paid extortionate amounts of money they just could not give a toss!
