Officials further stated that the animals were reportedly confined in unsanitary, cramped areas and required immediate veterinary care. The dogs—many allegedly under severe stress—were removed to a shelter after responders documented what they described as unsafe conditions. Obviously the wrong call was made and too much time was given between inspections! One little dog did not make it!!!!
So make them pay now with First degree Felony Charges…nothing less. These 25 little animals suffered unimaginably! Which may or may not include livestock.
This continues to occur because judicial systems laws do not meet the moment in time where animals are continually tortured FOR NO REASON!!! As usual nothing will happen to these bastards as the so-called Justice system does not give a toss as they are just animals. I’m so sorry these poor,innocent dogs were neglected, resulting in the death of one them. The people responsible for this need to be severely punished and banned from being around other animals. I hope these fur babies get justice. RIP for the one that crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
From what I understand, TX is the worst state in the union in terms of animal abuse and neglect. Good luck getting any help from law enforcement.

Animal abuse will continue until the POS criminals who commit these heinous crimes are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law without exception! Instead lenient judges give these MFers a slap on the wrist and turn them loose. Until these judges take animal abuse /cruelty seriously, it will continue. It’s sickening.
