Well it’s bloody China say no more!! Although the only thing I will say is ‘ gang beat this arrogant bugger until he cannot move then do the same to him with improvised tattoo needles (eg) dinner forks, screwdrivers, metal fountain pens, battery hand held drills, and maybe the best suggestion would be a hand belt sander which would upset the bastard no end!!

I agree with your comments about what should be done to the perpertrator but cruelty happens in every country (America and even here saddly in Australia) After travelling to China I saw many pet owners who do care for their pets.
Yes animal torture and murder are worldwide. Even in China there are no doubt thousands of families who love their dogs and cats.
It’s just these ‘sikko’s ‘ who need a severe lesson and to the same degree as they subjected the innocent animal to!
