A beloved border collie named Lucky was reportedly taken to a pet clinic for a routine sterilization procedure and never came home. According to the owner, staff failed to complete the operation, then later claimed the dog became ill and required further surgery without permission. Surveillance footage purportedly shows a staff member abandoning Lucky in the middle of the road, where a passing car fatally struck him. The owner says the clinic later admitted they orchestrated the incident so she could receive insurance money—allegedly telling her it was “better to accept his death.”
This clinic is reportedly suspended, but a mere shutdown is not enough. The deliberate act of leaving a sick, disoriented animal in the street to be killed suggests a grotesque violation of basic medical ethics and animal welfare standards. Such conduct, if verified, openly betrays the trust that guardians place in veterinary professionals and may indicate a willingness to exploit suffering for financial gain.
To deter future abuse, the individuals and business entities allegedly involved must face the strictest consequences permitted by law. Heavy fines, criminal charges where applicable, permanent revocation of veterinary and business licenses, and a lifetime ban on owning or treating animals are necessary steps. This petition calls for decisive punishment to ensure that no other companion animal is reportedly sacrificed for profit or convenience.

What is really troubling me is that this lowlife more than likely had done unthinkable things to other animals already so the harshest strictest punishment needs to be applied even jail time because this is twisted behavior hopefully there are no children around this person either!

I’m so sorry this poor, innocent fur baby was treated in this cruel way. This is unacceptable. This pet clinic needs to be shut down for good and the employees fired. These low-down, despicable people need to be punished and banned from being around animals. The clinic should also be fined. RIP Lucky and I hope you get justice.
