Animal abuser’s punishments must be much more severe! People need to know the consequences of their actions will be extreme. If we are ever going to make a significant difference – WE MUST MAKE CHANGES! Animals are innocent and helpless. If people continue to get away with these horrific attacks with just a slap on the wrist, what will they do next?! Perhaps it will be an attack on a child!
