Cats Allegedly Lured With Food Then Stomped to Death Deserve Swift Justice

Target: Todd Spitzer, District Attorney of Orange County, California

Goal: Secure the longest possible prison term, heavy fines, and a lifetime animal-ownership ban for the suspect who reportedly baited, stole, and brutally killed multiple cats.

Witnesses reportedly saw a man offering canned food to friendly neighborhood cats—only to beat or stomp the unsuspecting animals moments later. Authorities say this pattern of cruelty spanned months, ending only when police searched the suspect’s home and purportedly uncovered evidence linking him to a series of feline deaths. One disturbing security video apparently shows a cat being fatally stomped, while another incident involved a cat lifted overhead and slammed to the ground.

Prosecutors further allege the same individual lured and stole a cherished Bengal lynx companion animal, using a white Toyota pickup in several of the crimes. These shocking acts were accompanied, investigators say, by the discovery of methamphetamine during the arrest—suggesting a dangerous mix of violence and drug abuse.

California law allows felony sentences of up to three years per count of animal cruelty, plus steep fines. Anything less than the fullest punishment would minimize the terror these animals reportedly endured and fail to deter copycat offenses. Sign below to demand consecutive prison terms, mandatory psychological counseling, restitution to pet guardians, and an enduring prohibition on owning or residing with animals.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Spitzer,

Recent reports indicate that a Santa Ana resident, Alejandro Oliveros Acosta, lured neighborhood cats with food before viciously beating or stomping them to death. One video purportedly captures a cat’s fatal stomping, while other witnesses describe a cat being slammed to the pavement and a Bengal lynx companion animal stolen after being enticed with canned food. Investigators say evidence recovered from the suspect’s home links him to these incidents, and methamphetamine was also reportedly found.

Such seemingly deliberate and repeated cruelty demonstrates an extreme disregard for life and poses an ongoing threat to animals and the community. California Penal Code 597 allows for multi-year felony sentences and significant fines for each count of aggravated animal cruelty. These tools exist to protect vulnerable beings and must be applied rigorously when the alleged conduct involves prolonged, intentional torture.

We urge your office to pursue the maximum penalties permissible—including consecutive prison terms, substantial fines, compulsory mental-health and substance-abuse treatment, restitution to the animals’ guardians, and a permanent ban on possessing animals. A firm stance will honor the lives lost, reassure a grieving community, and reinforce that Orange County will not tolerate sadistic violence against animals.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

This IS what it says above. SO—I say to the prosecutors and so-called Judges, GET OFF OF YOUR ARSES, show some backbone and give these
deranged bastards what they deserve! Especially this bugger. I expect that he was ‘popped up’ with some substance or other so WHY was the tosser driving!! An offence all on its own!!
He should be terminated by law, but that will never happen. Beaten ‘shitless’ by an animal vigilante mob or group to be polite. Left for dead?? Well that would be good. It is the only way this animal torture and murder will stop.
I mean, this is happening the world over as I reckon over two thirds of the human race are taking some drugs or other. All out of control.
All of these governing bodies need to pass laws that, designated groups could go out and hunt these bastards down and bang -bang – your bloody dead! Only problem would be that they would need testing to see if they were ‘drug free’ first. Maybe not a good idea so Animal Activists and Vigilante groups ‘ posses??’ is what has to happen to make these pieces of shit disappear for a better and animal torture free world. Will take time but am sure this is what has to happen! It is the only way this shit can be stopped.
    J.W.
