Shortly thereafter, two young adults were arrested and charged with torturing this defenseless animal.

I’m sorry to say this but its time vigilant groups started to give out PROPER punishments to all animal abusers as the justice system, courts and judges all seem frightened to. The pandemic of animal abuse is rife throughout the world and it needs to be stopped by giving PROPER punishments and not just a ‘slap on the wrist’
Until this happens, animal torture and murder WILL continue! Vigilante or Animal Activist groups need to be formed so these bastard animal torturers and murderers can be dealt with accordingly. Of course the courts and Judges are scared of the ‘perps’ as they may get their expensive cars ‘torched, or houses broken into and is why they pricks get derisory wrist – slap sentences.
