Punish Man Accused of Baiting Dogs With Cats to Incite Cruel Fights

Target: Bhagwant Mann, Chief Minister of Punjab, India

Goal: Ensure the accused faces maximum penalties for alleged animal abuse and secure the safety of all affected animals.

A deeply disturbing case of suspected animal abuse has emerged in Punjab, where a man reportedly orchestrated violent acts against animals and shared the horrifying footage online. In videos posted to social media, the accused allegedly tied cats in front of dogs, inciting brutal attacks, and mistreated his own pets. These reported acts of cruelty have shocked the public and highlighted the urgent need for justice and stricter enforcement of animal protection laws.

One dog was rescued during the police operation, but the fate of other animals reportedly featured in the accused’s videos remains unknown. This case seemingly underscores the horrifying reality of animal abuse for online notoriety, where defenseless creatures are treated as mere props for cruelty.

Swift legal action is essential to hold the accused accountable, if he’s found guilty, and to ensure the safety of all animals involved. By addressing this seemingly heinous behavior with the full force of the law, authorities can send a strong message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated. This is not only a matter of justice for the allegedly abused animals but a critical step in preventing future acts of violence.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear CM Bhagwant Mann,

The recent case involving alleged animal abuse and violent online content has left the community outraged. Reports suggest that the accused orchestrated cruel acts, such as tying cats in front of dogs to provoke attacks, while also mistreating his own pets. Videos of these reported incidents, shared on social media, have caused widespread condemnation and highlighted the urgent need for justice.

Although one dog has been rescued, the welfare of other animals allegedly featured in the videos remains uncertain. It is imperative to locate and secure the safety of all affected animals while holding the accused fully accountable for these alleged acts of cruelty. Such apparent behavior is not only inhumane but also violates fundamental animal protection laws.

We urge you to ensure the maximum penalties are applied under the law and to take all necessary measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. By addressing this case decisively, you can reinforce the importance of animal welfare and demonstrate that acts of cruelty will not go unpunished.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

The only way to stop animal cruelty is to start executing the MFers who commit these heinous crimes!! When a judge hands out a “slap on the wrist” sentence, it does NOTHING to keep an animal abuser from committing crimes against animals! A society that turns its head to those who need the most protection, ie children, animals, elderly, is a society that has become more amoral and sees no value for the protection of those innocent lives.

  9. Death penalty for bastard killer, SOB, burn in hell, motherfucker!
