Demand Justice for Dog Beaten and Hung from Balcony to Die

Target: Ms. Jessica Kwok, Group Director, Animal and Veterinary Service, NParks, Singapore

Goal: Ensure thorough investigation and prosecution of individual reportedly responsible for ordering abuse leading to dog’s death.

A 15-year-old poodle named Boyboy suffered horrific abuse that led to his death after being beaten and hung from a balcony under the scorching sun. The domestic worker, reportedly acting on her employer’s instructions, repeatedly hit the dog and suspended him by his harness from the balcony railing to “reduce his odor.” Boyboy died after hours of exposure, a tragic end to unimaginable suffering.

The domestic worker was reportedly instructed by her employer to confine Boyboy to the balcony and punish him if he ate without permission. Surveillance footage allegedly captured the worker pinning Boyboy to the ground, hitting him multiple times, and hanging him from the balcony. After his death, the employer purportedly arranged for his immediate cremation and disposed of his belongings, raising concerns about attempting to conceal the incident.

While the domestic worker has been sentenced to nine months in jail for her role, there is concern that the employer who allegedly ordered the abuse has not been held accountable. Animal welfare laws exist to protect innocent creatures from such cruelty, and those who instigate or facilitate abuse must face justice. Prevent future tragedies and uphold the integrity of animal welfare regulations.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Ms. Kwok,

I am writing to express deep concern over the reported case involving the death of a 15-year-old poodle named Boyboy, who died after being beaten and hung from a balcony under the sun. It has been reported that the domestic worker responsible for these actions was acting on instructions from her employer, who allegedly directed her to discipline the dog through physical abuse and to hang him outside to “reduce his odor.”

While the domestic worker has been prosecuted and sentenced, it appears that the employer who allegedly ordered these cruel actions has not faced legal consequences. This raises serious concerns about accountability and justice in cases of animal cruelty. Animals depend on humans for care and protection, and those who instigate or facilitate their abuse must be held responsible.

I urge you to ensure that a thorough investigation is conducted into the employer’s role in this tragic incident. By prosecuting all individuals reportedly responsible, you can help uphold animal welfare laws and send a clear message that such cruelty will not be tolerated.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. In the terms of the old American Westerns, this man needs a good necktie party, in other words, hang him.

  2. What is wrong with this pos monster to be so cruel to an innocent animal?? To be punished for eating without permission?? The employer is a sick freak who deserves the same treatment inflicted on BoyBoy. The woman who caused the dog’s death needs more than 9 months in jail. That punishment is a joke.

  3. These third world countries are completely disgusting! Stop visiting and spending your hard earned money in these places and hopefully they will dry up and blow away!

  4. Incredibly cruel treatment, should be done back to the perpetrators!

  5. The owner needs hanging, and the domestic needs horsewhipping, utter scum the pair of them. The world doesnt need this kind of garbage in it, get well rid of both, waste of space, waste of oxygen the pair of them
