Dog Reportedly Beaten to Death With Metal Rod Deserves Justice

Target: Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis

Goal: Seek the maximum penalty for individual who allegedly beat a dog to death and work to prevent future animal cruelty.

A disturbing incident has surfaced where a dog was reportedly beaten to death with a metal rod in the Juhu area of Mumbai. This apparent shocking act of violence has raised serious concerns about animal welfare and the enforcement of cruelty prevention laws. The alleged perpetrator has been identified and a report has been registered under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India and a concerned citizen worked closely with local authorities to bring attention to this disturbing case. Such reported brutality not only causes immense suffering to innocent animals but also indicates a potential risk to public safety, as research suggests a link between animal abuse and violence against humans.

To prevent future incidents of this nature, it is imperative that the individual reportedly responsible is held accountable. Strict enforcement of animal cruelty laws will send a clear message that such actions are unacceptable. Demand that the authorities pursue this case rigorously to ensure justice is served and to protect animals from further harm.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Devendra Fadnavis,

I am writing to express deep concern over an incident in which a dog was reportedly beaten to death with a metal rod in the Juhu area of Mumbai. This alleged act of violence has not only caused immense suffering to an innocent animal but also raises serious concerns about the enforcement of animal welfare laws in our society.

A report been filed under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. It is crucial that this case is thoroughly investigated and that the individual reportedly responsible is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Such decisive action will demonstrate a commitment to justice and help deter future acts of animal cruelty.

Research indicates that individuals who commit acts of violence against animals may pose a risk to public safety, potentially escalating to harm humans. By addressing this incident promptly and effectively, we can uphold the values of compassion and responsibility towards all living beings. Please take immediate action to ensure that justice is served in this grievous case.

Sincerely,

I am so sorry little innocent angel dog.

Could no one have intervened to stop this monster in your midst.. Someone filmed this heinous act.

    Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis
This disgusting excuse for a human is a danger to all…taking out his anger on a sweet innocent animal. YOU MUST BRING HIM TO JUSTICE AND HOLD HIM HIM ACCOUNTABLE WITH PUNISHMENT THAT EQUALS THE SEVERITY OF THE TORTURE ENDURED BY THIS LITTLE DOG!
    FELONY FIRST DEGREE …AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
You cannot have this evil perp walking free to torture and kill other innocent animals!!

I hope someone finds you and beats you to death with the same metal rod. You should know exactly what this little dog endured!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Justice is failing over and over and over again….time for our justice systems to grow a pair and start making the consequences quite horrific!!!!!!!!! I am starting to lean to “an eye for an eye” since we cannot get any other kind of justice!

  3. Amanda Ingalls says:

Let’s do that to however beat that poor dog and see how HE likes it!! The punishment should fit the crime when it comes to animal abuse.

  4. James S Pence says:

this act is very disturbing and must never happen again, this person should be punished severely and never ever be allowed to be around animals ever agin

  5. What a shocker that these countries are always in the news for cruel animal abuse!! Beat him and the rulers that allow this to continue with the same metal rod!

  6. Another poor innocent dog suffers because of another useless human that deserves to die the same way!!

  7. Prosecuting to the full extent of the law. Prosecuting to the full extent of the law. I’m so damn sick and tired of hearing that phrase. Does anyone in the United States think that we prosecute animal abusers to the extent that we ought to punish them? Hell, no we don’t. And you want to condemn other countries for not punishing animal abusers. Don’t be fuckin’ hypocrites. If you want other countries to punish animal abusers, you need to punish the mother-fuckers here in America. Fuck this “prosecuting to the full extent of the law”. My solution is “just walk up to the mother-fucker and put 2 or 3 bullets in his or her head and they will never abuse another innocent animal. But I guess that is just too harsh for bleeding heart people that want to feel sorry for the animal abuser. Don’t expect other countries to be harsh with animal abusers if you’re not willing to be harsh, bullet in the head, with animal abusers here in America. My solution to all animal abusers. Just shoot the mother-fuckers in the head and you will never have to worry about the sonofabitches hurting another animal.

  8. ANIMAL MURDER=HUMAN MURDER he will/has hurt killed humans

  9. Terry Lawrence says:

I am so sorry for this poor dog! Makes me feel sick. This person needs to understand how wrong this is.

  10. BEAT THIS CRUEL AND ABUSIVE ASSHOLE TO DEATH WITH A STRONG METAL ROD AND DO NOT SHOW ANY REMORSE IN KILLING THIS CRUEL & ABUSIVE ASSHOLE!!!! STOP ALL ANIMAL CRUELTY ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!

  11. Absolutely heinious!!!!
There is nothing on this earth that justifies any form of animal cruelty and torture!!!!!
Is the evil government too scared to punish the evil monster that did this?! May God himself destroy the evil monsters in that evil country!!!!

  12. Karma By the power of 3 times 3

  13. RITA VAN EECKENRODE says:

FIND THAT MONSTER WH DID THIS TO THAT POOR DOG AND DO THE SMAE WITH HIM. NO MERCY AT ALL.

  14. Dr. Dagmar Görz-Lenzen says:

This is no “incident”, this is a terror-act, done by an uneducated, insane sociopath. Find this lowlife subject and throw this ticking bomb into jail, where rather bad men stay, who have to lose nothing, but love animals. They will teach this scum his one and only lesson.
Again I demand a ban of marriages between relatives,,,,,,!

  15. Boycott any and all Indian made items or produce from that country. Check labels and make the co ciois decision not to buy anything from them. Difficult when it comes to technology items…but also ask your local MP to allow pressure for political intervention by the relevant departments. This increase in cruelty there is madness!!!

  16. WTF is wrong with the fucking dirty black man. Hope he will get beaten to death himself

  17. Horrendous

  18. Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis: the filth who committed this heinous act does not make Mumbai look like a good place to be. If his crime is not important to Mumbai leaders, that fact should be.

  19. Devendra – the violence against stray animals in your country is out of control. The Animal Kingdom are citizens of this earth too; they have just as much a right to be here as you and I do and they need your protection! Please diligently prosecute those that choose to torture and murder these innocent animals! Please!

Absolutely No Tolerance Towards Animal ABUSERS n Cruelty. An eye for an eye fits this crime n should be the punishment. Paws Matter
