Target: Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, India

Goal: Ensure that the person who allegedly abused a cat in the viral video faces the harshest consequences.

A disturbing viral video has surfaced on social media, reportedly depicting a shocking act of animal cruelty. The video, shared by user @jtrahulsaini on X, allegedly shows a man violently grabbing a cat, spinning it in the air, and forcefully throwing it to the ground. The terrified cat, appearing distraught and disoriented, is seen sprinting away immediately after the incident. This act of alleged cruelty that apparently happened in India’s Uttar Pradesh has garnered over 41,000 views, with many viewers expressing their outrage and calling for immediate legal action.

Public reaction to the video has been swift and forceful, with hundreds of people taking to social media to demand justice for the innocent animal. Many users have urged the Uttar Pradesh Police to take immediate action, calling for a First Information Report (FIR) to be filed against the perpetrator. Some have even called for the severest of punishments, reflecting the widespread anger and shock over this act of reported animal abuse. The incident has sparked a broader discussion on the ethics of viral fame and the disturbing lengths to which some individuals will go to gain attention.

It is essential that the Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, takes immediate and decisive action to investigate this incident and bring the alleged offender to justice. By doing so, authorities will send a clear message that such acts of cruelty will not be tolerated and that the welfare of animals must be protected at all costs. Take immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear CM Yogi Adityanath,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent viral video that reportedly depicts a shocking act of animal cruelty. The video, which has been widely shared on social media, allegedly shows a man violently spinning a cat in the air and then throwing it to the ground. The cat, appearing terrified and disoriented, runs away immediately after the incident, which has sparked outrage among viewers.

Many people have taken to social media to demand justice for this innocent animal and have called for immediate legal action against the person allegedly involved. The actions displayed in the video represent an apparent violation of animal rights and reflect a deeply troubling disregard for the well-being of animals. The Uttar Pradesh Police must take swift action to investigate this incident and ensure that the individual allegedly responsible is held accountable for their actions.

I urge you to file a First Information Report (FIR) against the perpetrator and to pursue this case with the full force of the law. By doing so, you will demonstrate a commitment to protecting animals from harm and will help prevent similar acts of cruelty in the future. It is essential that we foster a culture of compassion and respect for all living beings and that those who engage in such cruel behavior are brought to justice.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. India does not treasure animals. This man hurt the cat and no one is going to search for the cat to help the poor creature. You know this man and the video proves him guilty. The cat limped away and so should this horrid man. He needs to limp for the rest of his life! Maybe then he will learn not to hurt animals in the future. Grab him, push him around the room before you have one of his legs permanently harmed so he must limp the rest of his life! A delightful prize for getting his 15 minutes of fame on X. India is a harsh country for all animals. The cat now has to live in pain for this jerk’s stupid 15 minutes of shame, not fame. Make this horrid guy feel his pain!

As soon as I saw the headlines I just knew it was from that gut-wrenchingly cruel and brutal country INDIA, whose masses are NOTHING but deranged, depraved, barbaric, sadistic, psychotic, in-bred animal abusers and animal killers. Shame on INDIA and its pathetic, weak government and corrupt police force who does NOTHING to stop these heinous atrocities taking place day after day.

    • I know right!? You just KNOW its India. Are they trying to find new ways for fame besides being a turd-hole?

      • over and over again we read about atrocities in India – as well as other countries. I can understand why people are upset. period. but some of these countries – like Israel, India, Vietnam, Korea, countries in Africa torture and kill animals. this torture is all over the world – USA – all of them. disgustingly so. Tammy – you obviously don’t empathize with folks who care and verbally lash out. I am always saying about Texas – Arizona – where animals are thrown out like trash and starving.

  3. India AGAIN, sic sic sic people

  4. Cecily Colloby says:

You are absolutely right, Irene. Of course there’s animal cruelty in all countries but India seems to come up an awful lot on these petitions.Ghandi’s quote about the way a country treats it’s animals tells you a lot about that country couldn’t have been more true…..

    • So does the USA. So does China.

Even the UK [a nation of animal lovers] has its fair share of “humans” with misaligned brain function who regard innocent creatures as ‘fair game’ for abuse.

  5. Waste of air

  6. They’re All POS!! Plain & Simple!!

I don’t care if some aren’t cruel as this POS, they’re still known to be like that regardless!

  12. anne quievreux says:

Il faut instaurer des peines beaucoup plus sévères pour punir les abuseurs d’animaux. Tous et partout.
Ces gens ne méritent pas de vivre ni d’être considérés comme des êtres humains.

  15. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, it’s India, these guys have no regard for human life let alone animal life. I hope he dies of a horrific, slow and extremely painful death. Petitions won’t do shit, you want to stop these animal abusers, start executing them. Plain and simple. I have no problem wasting these scumbags.

  17. Seriously, Hindus are like that?, I thought Hinduism and Buddhism made people better. I was wrong. Very sad.

  18. Indira Gandhi was right. Sterilize everyone. Sadly, this is true everywhere in the world, not just India. Humans are monsters to animals, everywhere. The world would be a better place with fewer humans.
