Isn’t this outright murder? I think it is. Murder is against the law. It doesn’t matter what you kill, if you kill, that is considered murder. This man killed 7 cats with antifreeze. This is not Okay. There is no excuse for poisoning cats belonging to other people or cats belonging to no one. No one gave this man the right to kill. Pets are loved by their families and to lose one hurts! Death is death. This man has caused injury to others and took the power of God into is own hands taking the lives of pets who were cherished. Prosecute KEVIN HALVERSON to the full extent of the law, which means no pleas deals or slaps on the wrist. He poisoned these innocent and homeless cats . This psycho is a menace to society. He should go to prison after his conviction and never be allowed near an animal. No Mercy for this monster.
