I know, we keep getting petition after petition that we sign, but we never hear the outcome. If there is a name known and listed, I go to google and see if something happened to the person. That’s all I know how to do, I check areas also where it happened. But I don’t always remember to recheck.
He is in jail, but has not been sentenced yet. I am so sad for the dog who had to suffer like that and couldn’t even be saved.

Unfortunately, NO. They receive only a slap on the wrist and told not to do that again. Our Justice system does NOT protect animals. The only time these abusers get any kind of punishment is only, I mean only, when the abuse is so severe that it even appalls the Judge.

IF found guilty?!!! Eye for an eye in this case would be life imprisonment but we know that wouldn’t happen!!! She lost her life because of his gross negligence.
