Man Caught on Video Stomping on Puppy’s Head in Elevator Must be Punished

Target: Shabana Mahmood, Secretary of State for Justice, United Kingdom

Goal: Ensure man faces the maximum legal consequences for cruel acts against the dog Biscuit.

A disturbing case of animal cruelty has surfaced involving Cameron Brunning, a 22-year-old from Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Brunning was caught on CCTV in the lift of his flat block brutally attacking his two-year-old bulldog, Biscuit. The footage reveals Brunning kicking Biscuit, stomping on her head, and holding her by the throat while she cowered in fear. When questioned by RSPCA investigators, Brunning claimed he needed to “teach the dog how to behave.” Biscuit was found to be terrified of being petted, showing the severe mental and physical trauma she endured.

Brunning pleaded guilty to two offenses under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 at Gateshead Magistrates’ Court. He admitted causing unnecessary suffering to Biscuit through physical and mental abuse and failing to meet her needs. Despite the severity of his actions, Brunning was only banned from keeping animals for five years and received a 12-month community order with 20 Rehabilitation Activity days.

This lenient punishment does not reflect the gravity of Brunning’s cruel actions. To prevent future incidents and ensure justice for Biscuit, it is crucial to demand stricter legal consequences for Brunning. Take action now.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Secretary of State Mahmood,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent case of severe animal cruelty involving Cameron Brunning from Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Brunning was caught on CCTV brutally attacking his two-year-old bulldog, Biscuit, inflicting both physical and mental trauma. His actions, which included kicking, stomping on, and holding Biscuit by the throat, demonstrate a shocking level of cruelty and disregard for the well-being of an innocent animal.

While Brunning has been banned from keeping animals for five years and received a 12-month community order with 20 Rehabilitation Activity days, this punishment does not adequately reflect the severity of his actions. It is imperative to ensure that such acts of cruelty are met with stricter legal consequences to deter future offenders and provide justice for the suffering endured by Biscuit.

I urge you to take action to ensure that Cameron Brunning faces the maximum legal consequences for his cruel acts. Strengthening the penalties for animal cruelty will help protect vulnerable animals and send a clear message that such behavior is unacceptable.

Sincerely,

  2. 1 year, that is all?! Five years no dogs, are you kidding me? He should never have another dog, ever!!! What in heck is wrong with so many judges, there is no punishment for anything anymore. Sick of it! So much abuse lately or abandonment of dogs, it’s horrible, they all get away with it.

  4. What a pussy sadly you can bet this guy was doing this to his dog well before he finally got caught! This idiot should kick himself in the head — repeatedly. And never be allowed to own another innocent animal.

  11. No animal deserves to be the victim of DEHUMANIZED and DESENSITIZED SADISTIC PSYCHOPATHS!! Crimes committed against defenseless animals are increasingly GROTESQUE because the punishment for animal abuse is not severe enough, and in many cases does not exist. A slap on the wrist is a MOCKERY of animal victims, and also has a dehumanizing effect on our society. This satanic pathological monster must be severely punished, MAX JAIL or DEATH PENALTY! He must also be forbidden from coming near/owning animals ever again.
SET a PRECEDENT, and punish to the full extent of the law!

  12. THESE EVIL BUSTARDS THEY NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM EARTH! The world would be a better place without them

  13. STOMP ON THIS CRUEL & ABUSIVE 23-YEAR-OLD-ASSHOLE’S HEAD REPEATEDLY, K8CK HIM IN HIS HEAD, GRADP A VICE GRIPPED ON HIS MISERABLE THROAT UNTIL DIES FROM HIS EXACT TORTURE AS HE INFLICTED ON THUS SCARED, FRIGHTENED, INNOCENT, AND DEFENSELESS BULLDOG!!!

  14. Stomp on his head, kick him till he cries out for mercy. Piece of crap. Danger to society.

  15. Jaime Perez says:

The punishment is a joke! This freak needs a very long jail sentence and to pay for all vet bills. He’s a pos monster who doesn’t deserve to be in society!!

  16. Ann Carboni says:

    What a scum bag monster

  17. This piece of shit needs to have the same thing done to him. Then you need to throw him in a jail cell and forget about him. People need to be prosecuted harder for these crimes and maybe they will stop doing it.

  18. Animal abuses are never going to stop because gutless judges keep giving them a slap on the wrist. That is the cold hard facts of life, ladies and gentlemen. We don’t like it but there is little we can do about it because if we do anything meaningful to the the animal abuser, such as beating him half to death or killing him or her, we will spend many years in prison. And which commenters on this site is willing to go to prison? I will bet that all the commenters that made a comment on this story are not willing to go to prison. It’s easy to talk tough but when it comes down to doing time in prison for hurting or killing an animal abuser, that’s where the toughness stops. But, it makes people feel good to spout off what they would like to see done to the animal abuser, they just don’t want to do it themselves and end up in prison. That’s the bottom line whether you like it or not. But if you do hunt the animal abuser down and do something meaningful for the abused animal, I really, really hope you don’t get caught because the judges are going to be a lot harder on you than they are on the actual animal abusers. Personally, I’d like to see all animal abusers tortured and killed. But, that’s just me.

  19. Disgusting excuse for a human being. Lock him up immediately and never let him near an animal again

  20. Rebecca Finnegan says:

Let him rot in prison. Maybe he’ll learn a lesson from getting his head stomped by someone bigger than him in there, unlikely but fun to think about.
