The suspect is seen skinning the animal while instructing the person filming to pay attention.
The man is being investigated under Section 428 of the Penal Code, which deals with animal cruelty. If found guilty, he faces up to three years in prison and a fine. The Malaysia Animal Association had offered a reward for information leading to the man’s arrest, claiming he is a Myanmar national employed at a snack shop in Selangor.

And that’s how these foreign people are they are evil they have different levels of cleanliness than we do they have different ways of thinking than we do they worship false gods that’s why you don’t let them into our country so they can kill our animals over here you see what they do in China China will kill anything they are very cruel to animals and next thing you know they’ll be eating people so with that being said this person should be made an example of and put in jail and leave him there for the rest of his miserable life and show others what happens to people that hurt God’s creations!!!!!
