Goal: Ensure maximum legal punishment for the person allegedly responsible for imprisoning animals in a feces-filled school bus while forcing sex acts upon them.
A horrifying case of alleged animal cruelty has surfaced in Adams County, where over two dozen animals were apparently found in deplorable conditions inside a school bus and trailer. The Adams County SPCA rescued 30 birds, four dogs, a bull, and a pony from the scene.
