How could the Shelter be so stupid as to hand this poor rescued dog over to a man who is Spanish/latin ? They are among the cruelest of people. They always feature in animal cruelty cases. Someone at the shelter failed this poor animal and handed him to a killer. The shelter should be closed whilst a complete change of procedures and staff takes place. The police must prosecute this vile animal killer who is obviously going to lie about what he did. Shelters seem too willing to rid themselves of an animal because of lack of space, and this is what happens as a result. That poor dog must have suffered agony and terror whilst he died, betrayed once again by people!
