this piece of shit needs a beat down he will never forget. the law will never change and we will be writing these comments for eternity with little resolution. while it does help the end results are never satisfactory and most of these slime balls go out and do it again and again.
This POS must not be allowed to get off on the piss weak animal protection laws. If pets count as property, he committed criminal damage, theft and also caused emotional distress to the rabbits owner, all of which ought to add on to the animal abuse tariff. Its high time every element of these scums actions were punished properly instead of the usual weak penalties.
