Punish Woman Who Allegedly Starved Dogs to Death

Target: Genesee County, Michigan Prosecutor David Leyton

Goal: Prosecute and punish alleged severe animal abuse cases to the full extent of the law.

In a distressing incident in Flint, Michigan, a woman reportedly faces charges for her alleged role in the severe neglect and abuse of two dogs. One of the animals was apparently so emaciated and dehydrated that it had to be euthanized. Allegedly, this heartrending situation emerged when video evidence, showing the dog’s critical condition, was sent to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and is now used as evidence in the case.

Local authorities described the scene at the residence as a clear display of alleged long-term abuse. They reported finding no food or water, with visible ribs, bones, and hips on the animals, indicating prolonged neglect. The Genesee County Prosecutor, upon reviewing the case, is expected to charge the involved individual with two felonies related to animal cruelty. These charges include counts of killing, torturing, abandoning, and cruelty towards animals.

This case underscores a critical need for stringent enforcement of animal welfare laws. Alleged acts of cruelty not only cause immense suffering to animals but also reflect broader social issues, as noted by Sheriff Swanson, who linked such abuses to potential domestic and child abuse scenarios. Ensure that these grave allegations are met with the full force of the law, reflecting the community’s commitment to justice and animal welfare.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecutor David Leyton,

We write to you deeply troubled by the recent allegations of severe animal abuse in Flint, where a dog reportedly had to be euthanized due to starvation and dehydration, while another was rescued from similar conditions. This case, currently under your review, reportedly involves egregious acts of animal cruelty, including torture and abandonment, as described by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

The evidence presented, including video recordings, appears to highlight a disturbing level of neglect that demands immediate and decisive legal action. It is imperative that these allegations are pursued with the utmost seriousness to not only bring justice to the victims but also to signal to our community that such cruelty will not be tolerated.

We urge you to prosecute and ensure stringent punishment for the individual allegedly involved in this heinous act, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This case offers an important opportunity to set a precedent in animal welfare enforcement and to reflect our societal values of compassion and responsibility.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. She ought to have her mouth sealed shut. An eye for an eye

  2. Must punish this bitch to the fullest extent of the law! She is soulless and must not be allowed near any animal let alone keep one! No living being deserves such extreme prolonged tortures and cruelty!

  3. …except animal abusers of course!

  4. Death penalty for this bitch, evil and sick person.
    Justice for dog! +RIP
Justice for the other dog too.

Why do these sick MONSTERS keep getting away with all these crimes against animals? They fear nothing, because they know that nothing will happen to them! They are disgusting monsters that do not deserve to breathe! Anyone that commits crimes against animals are the lowest of low, pure evil!

  6. There has to be law that challenges cases like this one. How can America even say it has laws to protect when situations like this arise? A woman is supposed to be caring for dogs but ends up doing this? She kills animals. That’s not okay. She is accountable and if she walks free we as a society should shut down this version of the law and put in people with degrees and gonads to enforce the law, not just spit on the pages of law books. DEFEND these poor animals! People have no right to do this to them. This woman needs to live the way she allowed these animals to live. She needs to be both and example of how not to treat others and punished for her horrible acts of abuse. Do it! NOW!

    Sweet beautiful little dog. HOW!!!!!

This bitch is evil. Publish her name! Then charge her with felonies. You can not turn a blind eye to this. She must endure all the same torture back. She needs to be listed so that she never can have animals again. PLEASE DO NOT LET HER WALK FREE!

I HOPE SHE ENDURES THE SAME TORTURES LIFE SHE GAVE THOSE TWO LITTLE DOGS!!! THAT IS JUSTICE AND THAT IS WHAT ALL LAWMAKERS SHOULD BE DOING!
