Goal: Pursue charges and seek maximum penalties against individual suspected of endangering 40 dogs.
Dozens of dogs were removed from an Ohio property. Around 40 pit bulls and pit bull mixes apparently comprised most of the rescued animals. The removals came after more than 50 calls were reportedly made to local authorities concerning possible animal cruelty at the residence.
Delaware County officials issued a statement following the seizures that claimed, “we take animal welfare seriously.” Yet circumstances seemingly indicate otherwise. For one, the person who resided at the property had admittedly been “known” to the dog warden’s office for years. The residence had reportedly been the site of numerous previous visits by officers, and officials acknowledged that only six dogs were ever found in good health during these visits. Yet despite this troubling history, no charges have been filed against the resident, and no name has been provided. The person residing at the property apparently was not home at the time the dogs were taken.

Few details have been released about the apparent rescue of 40 dogs from a Kingston Township property. The reports that this property has been the subject of animal-related visitations for years is troubling to say the least. The insinuation from these reports that multiple dogs were previously discovered in bad health—with no action taken—is even more troubling. To date, no indication has been given that charges will be pursued…or even that the unidentified suspect has been questioned.
Please take a harder look at this case and, if charges are deemed appropriate, prosecute to the fullest extent.

Obviously someone is paying off officials to turn a blind eye to the heinous animal abuse making the authorities animals abusers themselves by being complicit!!! 50 ignored calls from the community ignored…. it speaks for itself!! Really disgusting HITLER MONSTERS!! God and KARMA will make sure that all of these abusers will suffer likewise 1000FOLD!!!
This is so disgusting and wrong. What is it going to take to get officials to act immediately on these abuse cases? The animals continue to suffer while authorities sit on their hands!
