German Shepherds Allegedly Starved to Death Deserve Justice

Target: Richard A. Goldinger, District Attorney of Butler County, Pennsylvania

Goal: Ensure strict legal consequences for alleged animal cruelty in Butler County.

Recent events have shaken Butler County deeply. Allegedly, two German shepherds were discovered dead, their bodies discarded in garbage bags without any signs of external harm but showing clear signs of severe malnourishment. These discoveries hint at a grim report of neglect and purported cruelty. Further investigations led to a residence where an additional fifty animals were apparently living in distressing conditions, all rescued subsequently.

Upon discovery, authorities pinpointed the residence of Paul Joseph Frederick as a place of interest. Allegedly, Frederick displayed aggression towards law enforcement during their inquiry. The necropsy reports of the deceased dogs revealed a heartbreaking conclusion; they succumbed to starvation, significantly under their healthy weight limits. The broader rescue of numerous other animals from the premises underscores the urgency of addressing this alleged mistreatment.

The necessity for change is stark. This petition demands that the District Attorney of Butler County take immediate and decisive action against the accused. By ensuring accountability in cases of alleged animal cruelty, we advocate for a community where compassion towards all living beings is a cornerstone value. Pursue this case with the gravity it merits, advocating for justice on behalf of those who have no voice.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Richard A. Goldinger,

The community is reeling from recent findings of alleged severe animal cruelty within our county. The discovery of two German shepherds, reportedly starved to death, alongside fifty other animals in distressing conditions at a residence in Connoquenessing Township, has spotlighted a grave concern that demands our immediate attention. These animals suffered silently, with the deceased dogs reportedly found in a state that no creature should ever endure.

This situation not only calls into question the moral fabric of our society but also the effectiveness of our legal system in protecting the most vulnerable. Allegations against Paul Joseph Frederick, including aggravated cruelty to animals and obstruction of legal processes, highlight a systemic issue that requires stringent legal action. The reported hostility and resistance to law enforcement emphasize the urgency of addressing this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

We, the undersigned, urge you to act decisively. We request that you leverage the full extent of the law to ensure that justice is served for the alleged acts of cruelty uncovered in Butler County. By doing so, you affirm our collective commitment to dignity, justice, and compassion for all living beings. Let this case serve as a deterrent to anyone who might contemplate such reprehensible actions in the future.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Throw this sick fuck in prison NOW!!! Why would anyone have 50 animals if they can’t afford to take care of them. Even one is to many. If they are unable to provide proper care and treatment, then don’t try, it is beyond reckless its causing pain and suffering. Just what this abuser deserves to feel but he apparently has no feelings.

  2. UNTIL OUR LAWS CHANGE TO PUT THIS POS GARBAGE OUTVOF SOCIETY FOREVER NOTHINGVWILL CHANGE, STARVUNG IS A VERY PAINFUL SLOW DEATH, THIS POS DESERVES TO SUFFER, I am sick of living in a society with EVIL
