Good God, how can this happen in a civilized society! Apparently these cats were all in one enclosure if they resorted to eating other dead cats. In the very worst of circumstances someone could have just dumped a 16 pound bag of cat food on the floor so the poor cats at least had something to eat and when it was gone dump another large bag. Obviously the people in charge just didn’t give a sh*t about these poor animals.
