Demand Justice for Dogs Allegedly Locked Away Without Food or Water

Target: Richard A. Goldinger, District Attorney of Butler County, Pennsylvania

Goal: Secure justice for the severely neglected and malnourished dogs reportedly found on the accused’s property.

In North Beaver Township, an appalling case of animal cruelty has come to light, where a woman faces charges, including felonies, for the alleged severe abuse and neglect of her dogs. Authorities, upon visiting the property, reportedly uncovered a situation of grave concern. Dogs were reportedly discovered in conditions so dire, with one unable to rise from the ground due to extreme malnutrition. This initial find prompted a deeper investigation, allegedly revealing further distressing evidence of neglect.

The subsequent search warrant execution led to the discovery of additional dogs, all in apparently in varying states of neglect, and a deceased cocker spaniel. Several of the dogs were allegedly locked away, with no access to food or water, and showed signs of prolonged confinement and malnutrition. The living conditions within the home were allegedly alarming, described as filled with the overwhelming smell of ammonia, alongside apparent signs of neglect such as feces and urine stains. These details not only highlight the physical suffering of the animals but also the alleged negligence on the part of the owner.

This case underscores the urgent need for stringent legal measures against individuals who engage in such cruel acts. The described conditions and the reported state of the animals demand not just attention but immediate action to ensure justice is served. Demand that the District Attorney of Butler County take swift and decisive legal action against the accused to ensure such apparent acts of neglect and cruelty are met with the full force of the law.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Richard A. Goldinger,

The recent charges against a resident of North Beaver Township for the alleged severe neglect and abuse of multiple dogs on her property has shocked and deeply troubled the community. According to reports, law enforcement discovered dogs in a state of extreme malnutrition, with one animal so weak it could not stand. These animals were reportedly kept in deplorable conditions, devoid of food, water, and basic care, allegedly highlighting a disturbing disregard for their well-being and life.

Further investigation reportedly revealed more animals suffering under similar conditions, including a deceased cocker spaniel and others displaying apparent signs of severe neglect. The conditions described within the home, including the overpowering smell of ammonia and the seeming neglect, paint a harrowing picture of the suffering these animals endured. This alleged situation not only calls for our collective condemnation but also demands immediate and decisive legal action.

In light of these findings, we, the undersigned, urge you to prosecute the accused to the fullest extent of the law, ensuring that justice is served for these innocent animals. This case must be treated with the seriousness it warrants, as a message that animal cruelty and neglect will not be tolerated in our community. We trust in your commitment to justice and your ability to act on behalf of those who have no voice.

Sincerely,

If you cannot take care of these animals, why get them in the first place? That is SICK!!!!! I do hope they were able to be saved? Let us know. Please.
