I agree that someone must know something. This little dog was starved and endured other animal torture. It is imperative to investigate all avenues so that the individual/s responsible are penalized to the full extent of the law so that all other animals do not fall into the hands of these monsters who torture the innocent!
I am truly grateful to Noah’s Arks Rescue for their prompt assistance in getting Treasure on the road to recovery.
