A dog, reportedly subjected to unimaginable pain by being thrown off a second-story deck, appears to embody a clear case of egregious harm.

The details emerging from this case are disturbing. Allegedly, the accused not only inflicted physical harm but showed a blatant disregard for the animal’s suffering by confining it with a broken leg. Such acts, if proven, represent a violation of trust and a serious crime against a helpless animal.

We implore you to ensure that this case receives the attention it deserves. It is imperative that justice is served, both as a deterrent and as a statement of our community’s values. 2. Maximum punishment please!! Also, a lifetime ban is needed: from owning, caring for, possessing, and from residing in any house where ANY animal is present.
He/she need to forfeit any animals currently in his possession, and also pay back costs for all veterinary care if applicable. Let’s be serious about saving animals’ lives. Thank you.

  3. Without an appropriate legal system there will be no punishment. Where are the laws? I now feel we have none. These crimes, and yes they are crimes, go without any prison time or any leans on property, etc. These people do the damage and the victim suffers for life. If an animal is able to be helped, the criminal needs to pay. They don’t, as our legal system is in the toilet. Yet, why ask people to pay for a recoup when the criminal needs to pay. Why? He did the crime! Put a lean on his house, his bank accounts. take his car and his license away until the medical bills are paid in full. Kids can’t go to college? Too bad. These criminals need to be punished by tougher laws and enforcement of the law. Otherwise tax payers are paying for inefficient legal representation, paying for nothing.

  4. Life sentence for bastard abuser, POS!
