Justice for Reportedly Brutal Dog Abuse With Metal Chain in Broad Daylight

Target: RJ Larizza, State Attorney for Florida’s 7th Judicial Circuit, USA

Goal: Ensure severe legal consequences for the individual accused of the dog’s brutal beating and endangering bystanders.

In Volusia County, a disturbing scene unfolded as witnesses recounted a man allegedly assaulting his dog using a metal chain. This distressing incident, reportedly involving Julio Rivera, escalated into multiple alleged offenses, including animal cruelty and battery against concerned bystanders. Witness Raymon Prush described the harrowing ordeal, stating the dog was repeatedly struck, a sight that shocked and mobilized the community.

Further details of the incident reveal the extent of the alleged violence. The accused did not only target the defenseless animal but allegedly lashed out at individuals attempting to intervene, including a minor and a couple who bravely rescued the dog. These actions, coupled with Rivera’s reported history of violence, paint a picture of a dangerous pattern of behavior, necessitating immediate and decisive legal intervention.

This petition insists on stringent legal action against the accused, reflecting the gravity of the allegations and the community’s outcry. The reported acts of cruelty and aggression demand a firm response to uphold justice and prevent future harm. As members of a society committed to safety and compassion, we must advocate for the voiceless and ensure that such alleged acts of violence are met with the full force of the law.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney RJ Larizza,

The community of Volusia County was recently shaken by reports of a man, Julio Rivera, allegedly engaging in brutal acts of violence against a defenseless dog and several bystanders. This incident, as described by eyewitnesses, highlights a disturbing disregard for life and safety, necessitating your immediate attention and action. The severity of the allegations, including the use of a metal chain as a weapon against an animal and the subsequent endangerment of concerned citizens, calls for a response proportionate to the shock and disturbance it has caused in the community.

The reported details of this incident, notably the alleged attack on a defenseless dog and the aggression towards individuals, including a minor, who bravely intervened, underscore the urgent need for justice. These actions, set against the backdrop of the accused’s prior charges, suggest a pattern of behavior that poses a significant threat to the community and its most vulnerable members, both human and animal. It is crucial that these allegations are pursued with the utmost seriousness to ensure that such behavior is not left unchecked.

In light of these disturbing allegations, I urge you to take swift and decisive legal action. The community’s trust in the justice system hinges on the assurance that those who allegedly commit such acts face consequences reflective of the gravity of their actions. We look to you to uphold the principles of justice and compassion, ensuring that the alleged wrongdoings are addressed appropriately and that our community, and its animals, are safeguarded against future acts of violence.

Sincerely,

  1. Beat this moron to a pulp with a heavy chain and leave him to die…..

  2. don’t worry he will get a hot meal in a 5 star hotel, prepaid credit card, new cellphone and medical and dental benefits for free. what penalty will he serve? none! welcome to the new america!

  3. This man is guilty, was seen and witnessed by many people abusing and beating this puppy with a metal chain. The people who saved he puppy are heros! Thank you!!! No one has the right to hurt another living being. Certainly not this poor excuse for a man. He is not a man only a criminal. I live in Florida and this creep will walk free. He needs to be in prison and out of society. Society follows the rules even the insane ones here in Florida. Laws are meant for the safety of all. This creep can go out and buy a gun and there is no license required. That’s insane. People behaving this way are a danger to the public and need to be locked up and removed from the public

    • What this bastard and all bastards like this seriously need is to be beaten to a ‘pulp’ as the old saying goes, so they may get the idea that animal torture really DOES NOT pay at all.
Until this starts to happen the abuse and torture to animal WILL continue.
The police could really not give a ‘shit’ as it is JUST A DOG so cannot be bothered to get off their lazy arses!
Although if it was a member or a group of public citizens trying to defend and protect the animal from the bastard ‘perp’ the bloody ‘fuzz’ would be down on us as quick as ‘shit flying off a ‘greased shovel’ you can bet your bottom dollar!!!

  4. Rage, anger and cruelty plus disrespect for living beings, this idiot thinks he is above the law. Please persecute him harshly, hopefully he gets bashed up in jail!
    No more pet ownership!

  5. Lesley Rodgers says:

This cruel, brutal scum must be charged and put away for a long time, also banned from ever having animals again. I would do a lot worse to him if I could. Miami and Florida in general is becoming a hotbed for animal abuse, maybe because of the many latino etc. types who are culturally much more prone be cruel to animals, as in this case. Also the animal cruelty law seems to be very lax in Florida.

  6. cut his fingers off

  7. Well good on the couple who rescued the dog from this nasty bastard.
It is a real shame that people could not have ‘mobbed’ this arrogant bastard and beat seven barrels of shit out of him to let him know he was not as hard as he thought!
I will not go on too much here as everyone knows what this piece of shit fucker needs. They have got to learn that this crap will NOT be tolerated!
They think they are untouchable as they no doubt look the ‘hard man’!
But a few fired up people could show him different.
Anything you have that could NOT BE classed as an offensive weapon-(eg) walking stick, rolled up newspaper (very painful to the facial areas,) pens and pencils for the eyes if you are not too squeamish as you would actually be defending yourself from this bastard! Also high heeled shoes. Very good for taking eyes out. Swinging handbags to the head will definitely disorientate the prick I guarantee!
Last but not least, if anyone does manage get the prick grounded, stamp on and smash fingers, kick balls, even heads if he don’t lay still.
After all, you are exercising your rights to protect an innocent animal from abuse, which by law is acceptable, especially if you think your own life could be in danger whilst carrying this action.
No mercy for these animal abusing and torturing bastards.
And RIGHT ON to anyone who feels the same!!!
    J,W.
