This man is guilty, was seen and witnessed by many people abusing and beating this puppy with a metal chain. The people who saved he puppy are heros! Thank you!!! Miami and Florida in general is becoming a hotbed for animal abuse, maybe because of the many latino etc. types who are culturally much more prone be cruel to animals, as in this case. Also the animal cruelty law seems to be very lax in Florida.

Anything you have that could NOT BE classed as an offensive weapon-(eg) walking stick, rolled up newspaper (very painful to the facial areas,) pens and pencils for the eyes if you are not too squeamish as you would actually be defending yourself from this bastard! Also high heeled shoes. Very good for taking eyes out. Swinging handbags to the head will definitely disorientate the prick I guarantee!
Last but not least, if anyone does manage get the prick grounded, stamp on and smash fingers, kick balls, even heads if he don’t lay still.
After all, you are exercising your rights to protect an innocent animal from abuse, which by law is acceptable, especially if you think your own life could be in danger whilst carrying this action.
