If you can’t afford to rescue and take care of correctly….don’t do it or become a non-profit and use the donations 100% for animals care. Whatever the case let justice be done for the animals.
I don’t think this woman was ever going to “rescue” these animals. Besides abusing the dogs, she was on land that wasn’t even hers. Weird.
Throw this nasty, horrible woman in jail for the rest of her miserable life. She will do this again if allowed to remain free. She’s a liar, greedy and a cheat.
