Although new situations can initially make her nervous, Callie’s newfound confidence quickly resurfaces, especially with the promise of her favorite treat, chicken! Once she bonds with her people, she relishes gentle scratches and resting her head on a loving lap.
AHS’ Big Dog adoption special, which includes Callie, aims to find homes for large dogs. As one of AHS’ longest residents, her adoption fee is waived, making it even easier for someone to welcome her into their home.
