Cat Apparently Stolen and Tortured Deserves Justice

Target: Michael O’Pake, District Attorney of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania

Goal: Ensure legal accountability for those accused of the heart-wrenching theft and mistreatment of a family cat.

A heinous act has sent shockwaves through the community, where a cherished family cat, Catalina, became a victim of alleged theft and cruelty. In a disturbing revelation, three men, including the daughter’s boyfriend of the cat’s owner, stand accused of this heartless act. Their alleged involvement, as captured on surveillance, paints a grim picture of the fate that befell this innocent animal.

Details emerging from the investigation are deeply unsettling. Andrew A. Huber, Ayden M. Spantak, and Nathan D. Youst face multiple charges, including animal cruelty and theft. Disturbingly, a video allegedly shows Huber inflicting torture on another cat, underscoring the severity of their supposed actions. This incident, beyond the theft itself, speaks volumes about the alleged disregard for animal welfare these individuals exhibited.

The necessity for justice in this case cannot be overstated. Catalina’s alleged theft and the suspected cruelty inflicted upon her demand a stern legal response. These actions, if proven true, not only robbed a family of their beloved pet but also violated the sanctity of animal rights. Call for rigorous legal action against those accused to serve as a deterrent against such heinous acts in the future.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Michael O’Pake,

I write to you, overwhelmed by the disturbing allegations surrounding the theft and mistreatment of a family cat, Catalina, in your jurisdiction. The accused individuals, Andrew A. Huber, Ayden M. Spantak, and Nathan D. Youst, allegedly engaged in acts that not only demonstrate a shocking disregard for animal welfare but also have caused immense distress to the pet’s family.

In this dire situation, evidence, including surveillance footage and a distressing video, points toward a grim narrative of alleged animal cruelty and theft. These acts, particularly the video showing apparent torture of another cat, raise serious concerns about the accused’s treatment of animals. It is imperative that these allegations are thoroughly and judiciously investigated to uphold justice.

Given the severity and emotional impact of this case, I urge you to ensure that these accusations are met with the full force of the law. The community seeks assurance that such alleged cruelty is not taken lightly and that justice prevails for Catalina and her family. This case is not just about one family’s loss; it is a test of our society’s commitment to protecting the vulnerable and upholding justice.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

These guys should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and never allowed near an animal ever again!!!!!!!!! They should be heartily encouraged to study the disastrous effects of abuse and made keenly aware of the horrendous pain they caused not only that precious kitty, but also the kitty’s family.

Throw these monsters in jail for a very long time! They are despicable pieces of garbage who don’t deserve to be in society.

    • Totally agree. As well needed is like for like punishment, whatever they do to the animals they get done back. No excuses, no blubbering or whining or crying. You have it you get it back. Or they will be on to humans.

  3. Lilia Casarez says:

Throw the book at these people! And they’ll still be getting off easy. If they could only suffer a bit like that poor cat suffer, maybe they’d understand, but I doubt it! They’re the first to cry like a baby if any sort of pain is inflicted on them! No excuse for cruelty, please make them pay for this, and not just a little slap on the hand either.

  4. PUNISH THESE 3 CRUEL ABUSIVE ASSHOLES TO EXACT TORTURE AS THEY DID TO THIS INNOCENT FAMILY’S CAT! REPEAT EXACT TORTURE TO ALL 3 MUSERABLE ASSHOLES UNTIL THEY ALL 3 DIE A VERY S L O W & P A I N F U L TORTOUS DEATH!!!!!
PRISON CELLS ARW TOO GOOD FOR THESE 3 CRUEL ABUSIVE BASTARDS!!!!

  5. Put them in prison with some animal lovers and tell everyone what they did.

  6. POSs. And family should reconsider how they’ve raised their daughter — says something about her that her boyfriend is such a pathetic lowlife.

animals should be protected with sever punishment by law. these poor cats deserve better because they are defenseless by such heinous acts of animal cruelty that no human can endure. Please rip you poor cats, These poor cats have no voice to defend them from any harm. We are their voices for them .So I would like everyone who is an animal lover to have the courage to stand up and be their voices. All these poor animals want is to be loved and cared for them. I’m sick and tired of reading these heinous acts of animal cruelty that go unpunished.. It is time for the judges and the law enforcement to have the courage to stand up and put an end to animal cruelty in this society. These perpetrators need to be punished to the full extent of the law. they should face execution.

  8. Stephanie Geyser says:

I’d say “castrate them” – because who wants these 3 pieces of trash to breed babies from their sperm – thereby bringing more sadists into the world? Not to mention how they will abuse their offspring if (God forbid) they do breed themselves.

  9. Every one of the individuals is not safe to society and need to locked up for life to prevent this from happening to more animals and humans.. animal cruelty and torture are the ear marks of serial killers.. throw away the key to protect my pets and family

  10. Just to mention, my ‘tablet’ is about to die so looks like I will be offline for a bit!
But will be back here as soon as -you bet!!

These three – Andrew A. Huber, Ayden M. Spantak, and Nathan D. Youst and possibly the girlfriend if she facilitated the torture of Catalina and the other cat(s)! enjoyed the torture they inflicted. It is now time to inflict the same torture on them.

The judicial system needs to act quickly and severely. Other animals lives are in the balance. Please jail this despicable threesome so that they never come near another animal. They don’t deserve to be free or to take another breath. I hope and pray their path brings them the same agony they inflicted on these little innocent cats!

  12. I firmly believe that punishments should fit the crime. With that said, I truly hope these 3 individuals get what they deserve. I don’t comprehend how someone can grab an innocent animal by the neck and continue toturting that animal until death occurs…the only thing Catalina did wrong was get to close to these vultures. If someone thinks nothing of torturing and killing a beautiful animal, they certainly should not be allowed to live their lives within the community to eventually have children of their own.

  13. Uncommon Sensesc says:

If PA doesn’t have the guts to kill these worthless, evil SOB’s, then I’ll gladly volunteer my services to do this and get true justice for those innocent cats! Anyone have addresses for these psychopaths?

  14. Merita Guldin says:

    Horrible.. prosecute.. Prosecute…

  15. germain sanchez says:

    Tuez cette vermine!

  16. Here we have 3 boys who committed animal cruelty against an animal. A 12 to 15 pound cat up against 3 grown boys weighing a minimum of 300 pounds combined. That tells you right there that all 3 of these scumbags are cowards. Whatever the charges are should be multiplied x3 to reflect the number of people involved in this crime.

  17. Maximum punishment please!! Also, a lifetime ban is needed: from owning, caring for, possessing, and from residing in any house where ANY animal is present.
They need to forfeit any animals currently in their possession, and also pay back costs for all veterinary care if applicable. Let’s be serious about saving animals’ lives. Thank you.

  18. Dennis Busto says:

Absolutely No Tolerance Towards Animal ABUSERS n Cruelty. An eye for an eye should be the punishment

  19. Nadine Brundage says:

Evil, heartless and cruel pieces of shit need to be locked away from animals and society. Do not let these low life’s off without serious consequences. That poor innocent cat did not deserve the torture inflicted by subhuman trash. Pennsylvania has become another state that has too many animal abuse cases. Why?
