Hurt an innocent animal is almost as bad as hurting a child. If you don’t want an animal don’t get one. The cruelty needs to stop.
I think all storage companies should be allowed to have web cams in all their units to prevent nefarious things happening in storage facilities ie cruelty of animals, drugs, murder etc.
