I am in total empathetic agreement with the responders, and I just HOPE that the perpetrator is located and then prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The “problem” is that the penalties NEED to be increased to more than a $50-100 fine and “community service” whis is at best a WEAK deterrent for anyone so inclined to commit these horrendous acts.
